    Abstract: A photolithography method, a method of preparing a flexible substrate and a photoresist drying device are provided. The photolithography method includes: providing a base substrate on which a material layer to be etched is formed, in which the base substrate includes an intermediate region and a peripheral region surrounding the intermediate region; coating a layer of photoresist on the base substrate, in which the photoresist is coated in the intermediate region and the peripheral region, and is formed to cover the material layer to be etched; and drying the photoresist and simultaneously performing a first exposure process on the photoresist coated in the peripheral region.

    Abstract: A load identification method for reciprocating machinery based on information entropy and envelope features of an axis trajectory of a piston rod. According to the present disclosure, firstly, the position of an axial center is calculated according to a triangle similarity theorem to obtain an axial center distribution; secondly, features are extracted from the axial center distribution of the piston rod by means of an improved envelope method for discrete points as well as an information entropy evaluation method; thirdly, a dimensionality reduction is carried out on the features by means of manifold learning to form a set of sensitive features of the load; and finally, a neural network is trained to obtain a load identification classifier to fulfill automatic identification on the operating load of the reciprocating machinery. The advantages of the present disclosure are verified by means of actual data of a piston rod of a reciprocating compressor.

The first network device sends a second LSA packet to the third network device when determining that switching needs to be performed on a next hop of a route in the third network device, whose destination address belongs to the IP network segment, and whose next-hop IP address is the first IP address.

When the LSP packet digest information matching the first LSP packet is determined to exist, the first LSP packet can be stored.
