Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide an uplink channel transmission method, a terminal, and a base station. When a plurality of uplink channels are overlapped with each other on a time domain, the method applied to the terminal comprises: first processing the plurality of uplink channels according to a channel-multiplexing transmission rule, determining a first target uplink channel to be transmitted, and then determining whether to transmit the first target uplink channel; or first determining, from the plurality of uplink channels, a candidate uplink channel capable of preforming transmission, then processing the candidate uplink channel according to the channel-multiplexing transmission rule, and determining a second target uplink channel to be transmitted. The embodiments of the present application ensure the normal transmission of a system.

Abstract: The present application relates to the field of wireless communications, and in particular to a method and device for determining a dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, and same are used to solve the problem that the wrong dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook is determined due to the inaccuracy of a PDCCH monitoring occasion set determined at present. According to the embodiments of the present application, the method involves: determining a PDCCH monitoring occasion set according to the configured number of repeated PDSCH transmissions and/or the number (N=1) of repeated PDSCH transmissions, and the configured number of repeated PDSCH transmissions is greater than one; and determining a dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook according to the PDCCH monitoring occasion set.

With regard to a PUSCH carrying a multi-slot TB, when the PUSCH and one PUCCH overlap in at least one slot, the UCI multiplexing method comprises: determining resources needing to be occupied during the multiplexing of UCI on the PUSCH and an upper limit of the resources occupied during the multiplexing of the UCI on the PUSCH; on the basis of the resources needing to be occupied during the multiplexing of the UCI on the PUSCH and the upper limit of the resources occupied during the multiplexing of the UCI on the PUSCH, determining resources occupied during the actual transmission of the UCI; and on the basis of the resources occupied during the actual transmission of the UCI, transmitting the UCI on the PUSCH. When a first PUCCH bearing a first UCI overlaps with, in a time domain, a plurality of second PUCCHs that do not overlap with each other in a time domain and bear HARQ-ACKs, or when the first PUCCH bearing the first UCI overlaps with the second PUCCHs bearing a first HARQ-ACK in a time domain, if it is determined that a third PUCCH simultaneously bearing the first HARQ-ACK and the first UCI overlaps with a fourth PUCCH bearing a second HARQ-ACK in a time domain, a terminal device discards the first UCI.
