The method includes: when a first Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH) resource carrying first UCI and a second PUCCH resource carrying second UCI are not overlapped in a time domain, the first PUCCH resource is not overlapped with a third PUCCH resource carrying third UCI in the time domain, and the second PUCCH resource and the third PUCCH resource are overlapped in the time domain, discarding a first target UCI when a fourth PUCCH resource for simultaneously transmitting the second UCI and the third UCI is overlapped with the first PUCCH resource, the first target UCI is one of the second UCI and the third UCI.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information. In the present invention, transmitted downlink control information at least comprises one or more of the following information fields: a first information field used for indicating the frequency domain resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, a second information field used for indicating the time frequency resources occupied by the data resources scheduled by the DCI, and a third information field used for indicating the scheduled N users. As the resource size occupied by the transmission resources in the frequency domain and/or in the time domain is indicated by means of the downlink control information, transmission of downlink control information can be implemented in flexible resource allocation scenarios having variable transmission time intervals.

Abstract: Disclosed are a transmission method and device, for use in solving the problem in the prior art that no specific solution is available for dealing with how to transmit an SR and a PUSCH when the SR overlaps with the PUSCH in a time domain. According to embodiments of the present invention, if it is determined that a PUCCH bearing first type of DCI overlaps with the PUSCH in the time domain after a target node of the PUSCH, it is possible to select to discard the first type of DCI or delay the first type of DCI to the next transmission opportunity for transmitting. The first type of DCI borne by the PUCCH overlapping with the PUSCH is discarded or delayed to the next transmission opportunity for transmitting, thus ensuring that one PUSCH ready to be transmitted or being transmitted can be normally transmitted and reducing a waste of system resources.
