    Abstract: A link-speed self-adapting method includes: creating multiple pairs of a measured-value recording table and a measured-value sequence table at each of nodes; by using a sending node, receiving data frames sent by a receiving node through a reverse link, calculating signal-to-noise ratios of the received data frames, and recording the signal-to-noise ratios and measurement moments into the measured-value recording tables of the sending node; in response to data frames sent by a same sending node and received by the receiving node satisfying a predetermined condition, acquiring the signal-to-noise ratios and the measurement moments corresponding to the data frames that satisfy the predetermined condition, and sending to the sending node by using a message; recording the signal-to-noise ratios and the measurement moments carried in the message into the measured-value sequence table; and according to the measured-value sequence tables, adjusting a speed at which the sending node sends the data frames.

    Abstract: A power system is disclosed. Output terminals of a power supply or a DC-to-DC unit are cascaded to increase an output voltage, so as to reduce a current between the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit and the DC-to-AC unit, and resolve cost and loss problems of the cable from the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit to the DC-to-AC unit. In addition, according to the power system provided in the embodiments of this application, a quantity of cables from the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit to the DC-to-AC unit may be further reduced by cascading output terminals of the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit and cascading inputs of the DC-to-AC unit, thereby reducing system costs. In addition, in the power system provided in the embodiments of this application, cascaded input and isolated output of the DC-to-AC unit can reduce a specification of a power conversion device.

    Abstract: A progressive localization method for text-to-video clip localization. The method comprises: first, respectively extracting features of two modes, namely a video mode and a text mode by using different feature extraction methods; then progressively selecting different step sizes, and learning the correlation between the video and the text in multiple stages; and finally, training a model in an end-to-end manner based on the correlation loss of each stage. Moreover, the fine time granularity stage is fused with information of the coarse time granularity stage by means of a condition feature update module and up-sampling connection, such that different stages are mutually promoted. Different stages can pay attention to clips with different time granularities, and the model can cope with the situation that the length of a target clip is obviously changed based on the interrelation between the stages.
