    Abstract: A power system is disclosed. Output terminals of a power supply or a DC-to-DC unit are cascaded to increase an output voltage, so as to reduce a current between the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit and the DC-to-AC unit, and resolve cost and loss problems of the cable from the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit to the DC-to-AC unit. In addition, according to the power system provided in the embodiments of this application, a quantity of cables from the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit to the DC-to-AC unit may be further reduced by cascading output terminals of the power supply or the DC-to-DC unit and cascading inputs of the DC-to-AC unit, thereby reducing system costs. In addition, in the power system provided in the embodiments of this application, cascaded input and isolated output of the DC-to-AC unit can reduce a specification of a power conversion device.

    Abstract: An erase voltage compensation mechanism for group erase mode with bit line leakage detection comprises performing a block erase operation by applying an erase voltage. Continue block erasing until bit line leakage is detected upon which the erase voltage is latched and over-erase correction is performed. A compensation voltage value is calculated by finding the difference between an upper bound of a threshold voltage distribution and an erase verify point when the bit line leakage was detected. The latched erase voltage is increased by the compensation voltage to create a compensated voltage. A group erase operation is performed and the group address is incremented by 1 and the compensated voltage value is loaded. Then the group erase operation is performed on the next group. The address is incremented, the compensated voltage is loaded, and the group erase operation is performed until the group is the last group.

Measured signals are transformed to frequency response functions (FRFs). The FRF from a sensor closest to the upstream node is used to estimate a FRF of transient discharge at the upstream node. A frequency-dependent wave speed of the transient wave is computed according to geometrical dimensions and viscoelastic coefficients of the pipe via the generalized Kelvin-Voigt model. FRFs of liquid pressures at the locations under a hypothetical no-leakage condition are computed according to the FRF of transient discharge and the frequency-dependent wave speed. By using the matched-field processing (MFP) method, which maximizes the signal-to-noise ratio in detection, the leakage location is estimated from the FRFs of liquid pressures.
