A thickness of the spacer layer on the first lead is smaller than a thickness of the remaining part of the spacer layer. The first and second conductive pads are at the side of the display panel. The second conductive pads are connected to the second leads and the spacer layer thereon.

A first signal is sent toward a detection area behind the vehicle for acquiring a second signal for blind spot detection. By calculation based on the second signal, a third signal is acquired for identifying the static and moving objects, and the relative speed between the vehicle and the static object is determined as the speed of the vehicle. The batteries are available and transported between the power consumption ends by the distribution vehicle so that the distribution vehicle departing from the power supply end is configured to distribute power to more power consumption ends in a single ride, thereby reducing the power and transportation costs.
