    Abstract: Provided is a composition and an application thereof. The composition is used to prepare a medium for inducing differentiation of human pluripotent stem cells to liver precursor cells. By means of screening active components, optimizing the composition ratio and adding a GSK3-beta inhibitor, a Nodal activator, a BMP activator, a BMP inhibitor and a Hedgehog activator, human pluripotent stem cells are induced to differentiate to liver precursor cells. The process is simple and efficient, the content of positive cells is high, and the cost of cell differentiation is reduced. The invention can be used for research and application in drug development and regenerative medicinal treatment, and has broad application prospects.

Furthermore, the method may include receiving, by the network device, the uplink signal based on the signal structure, and/or responding to the uplink signal based on the signal structure. According to the data transmission method in the embodiments of this application, before receiving data, the network device can determine the signal structure, used by the terminal device, of the uplink signal, and then use a corresponding receiving method to avoid complexity and a reliability risk that are caused by completely blind detection performed by the network device.

In the manufacturing method of the present disclosure, the deep eutectic solution formed by choline chloride and urea may be used as a solvent, and may also be used as a carbon source and/or a nitrogen source. Therefore, titanium dioxide may be doped with carbon and/or nitrogen during the formation process.

In the present invention, on the basis of the sequence of HM-3 molecule, an active polypeptide HM-3 and derivatives thereof are linked to a human Fc (IgG) fragment or a fragment of an Fc (IgG) mutant directly or by a linker peptide (Linker), thus forming a novel molecular entity. The general formula of the molecular entity is (HM-3)n-Linker-Fc(IgG), Fc(IgG)-Linker-(HM-3)n, or (HM-3)n-Linker-Fc(IgG)-Linker-(HM-3)n. The fusion protein effectively prolongs the half-life of HM-3, is low in cost and overcomes the major problem of druggability of small peptides. Therefore, the fusion protein of the present invention may serve as a potential drug for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, neovascular diseases, osteoarthritis and the like.

    Abstract: A method for predicting and optimizing an ROP for oil and gas drilling based on Bayesian optimization includes: acquiring raw drilling data according to a preset sampling period, constructing an initial sample data set based on the raw drilling data, constructing an ROP prediction model based on the initial sample data set, and predicting an ROP at a next sample point through a Gaussian process regression based on the ROP prediction model. The present invention realizes rapid analysis of historical drilling data and accurate prediction of an ROP range at a sample point in a feasible domain. The method can obtain an optimized ROP and an optimized engineering parameter through Bayesian optimization, and obtain an engineering parameter corresponding to an optimal ROP. The method has few restrictions on the drilling engineering parameter and the raw formation parameter, improves prediction accuracy, and avoids the problem of blurred parameter value boundaries.
