    Abstract: Provided herein are BCMA-binding molecules, including anti-BCMA antibodies and antigen-binding fragments thereof such as heavy chain variable (VH) regions and single-chain antibody fragments, and chimeric receptors comprising the anti-BCMA binding molecules such as chimeric antigen receptors (CARs). In some embodiments, the anti-BCMA antibodies or antigen-binding fragments thereof specifically bind to BCMA-1. Among the anti-BCMA antibodies are human antibodies, including those that compete for binding to BCMA with reference antibodies, such as a non-human reference antibody. Also provided are genetically engineered cells expressing the CARs or BCMA-binding molecules and uses thereof such as in adoptive cell therapy.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a large-aperture infrared metalens camera, which belongs to the technical field of infrared imaging and micro-nano photonics, including a large-aperture metalens, an infrared focal plane array detector, a metalens mechanical assembly and a housing. The large-aperture metalens has an aperture greater than 50 mm and a thickness less than 2 mm, and the distance between the large-aperture metalens and the infrared focal plane array detector is greater than 30 mm. The disclosure adopts strict electromagnetic field values, diffraction design algorithm and large-area semiconductor process manufacturing method to increase the aperture of metalens to 50 mm or more, and considerably improves the focal length and magnification of the camera while ensuring that the F-number of the metalens meets the requirements of signal-to-noise ratio of image. The problems of short focal length, small magnification, and insufficient imaging range of conventional metalens cameras are overcome.

The orthodontic appliance can include an outer shell comprising a plurality of teeth-receiving cavities and an inner structure positioned on an inner surface of the outer shell. The inner structure can have an elastic modulus different than an elastic modulus of the outer shell. The method can also include generating instructions for directly fabricating the orthodontic appliance using a layer-by-layer additive manufacturing technique.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to the field of non-ferrous metal and chemical industries for the production of metal sodium, and discloses a process for the preparation of high purity metallic sodium and the safe treatment of high calcium content sodium slag, the process comprises the following steps: (1) subjecting a liquid sodium obtained from electrolysis to a supergravity separation to obtain a high purity metallic sodium and a high calcium content sodium slag; (2) subjecting said high calcium content sodium slag to at least one roasting process to obtain a roasting slag; (3) leaching said roasting slag with an alkaline liquor to produce sodium hydroxide solution and calcium hydroxide. The process provided by the present disclosure not only greatly reduces the amount of generated sodium slag, but also implements the safe recovery of calcium and sodium resources from the sodium slag.
