    Abstract: A method, an apparatus, a UE, and a base station for transmitting a HARQ-ACK are disclosed. The method includes: determining a channel for transmitting a HARQ-ACK; determining a HARQ-ACK feedback bit; and sending the HARQ-ACK feedback bit on the channel. According to this application, transmission of a HARQ-ACK between a UE and a base station can be implemented in a scenario where carrier aggregation is performed between base stations having a non-ideal backhaul.

A reflection layer is provided on the first substrate, and a polarizing plate is provided the second substrate. A unidirectional wavelength converting layer and a quantum dot thin film layer are sequentially laminated between the second substrate and the liquid crystal layer. The unidirectional wavelength conversion layer made of an up conversion material is used to convert the incident ambient light into a blue light or an ultraviolet light. The quantum dot thin film layer includes a plurality of light emitting areas which are arranged in array and can be excited to emit light with different colors. A display device including the reflective liquid crystal panel as mentioned above is also disclosed.

The method includes: determining an antenna port subset, which is required to be measured, for a UE according to current state information of the user equipment UE; and informing the UE to perform channel measurement for the subset of antenna ports that is required to be measured and feed back channel state information. Through the present invention, when the state information of the UE meets a certain condition, the UE measures only the reference signals of a part of antenna ports, and feeds back channel state information for this part of antenna ports. Therefore, the overhead generated by the feedback of the UE to the channel state information is reduced.

Each frequency domain unit of the N frequency domain units includes K contiguous subcarriers, the first signal occupies L contiguous subcarriers in each frequency domain unit, and the M sequences are in a one-to-one correspondence to the M symbols, where Z=N·L.
