    Abstract: The present invention discloses a regional seismic liquefaction spatio-temporal field construction method fusing physical simulation and machine learning, and the method comprises the following steps: selecting an evaluation region, and dividing the region through a kilometer grid; constructing a ground motion spatio-temporal field of the evaluation region to obtain ground motion data of each of grid points; collecting seismic liquefaction site data to construct a training set; performing seismic liquefaction grade evaluation training by the training set to generate a seismic liquefaction grade model; performing liquefaction grade evaluation on each of the grid points of the evaluation region to obtain liquefaction grade evaluation results; and drawing a stratigraphic liquefaction grade spatial distribution map of the evaluation region based on site soil liquefaction grade evaluation results.

    Abstract: Steel for glass lining, comprising the following chemical elements in mass percent: C: 0.015-0.060%, Si: 0.01-0.50%, Mn: 0.20-1.5%, P: 0.005-0.10%, Al: 0.010-0.070%, Ti: 0.10-0.30%, and the balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities. The microstructure of the steel for glass lining is a ferrite or a combination of a ferrite and a cementite. In addition, also disclosed is a production method for steel for glass lining, comprising the steps of (1) smelting, refining, and continuous casting to obtain a slab; (2) heating, the heating temperature being 1050-1250° C.; (3) hot rolling, the final temperature of hot rolling being controlled to be 800-920° C.; (4) cooling; and (5) thermal treatment. The steel for glass lining has excellent machinability and low temperature toughness, and also has excellent lining performance.

    Abstract: Techniques and solutions are described for encoding and decoding signals, such as audio data. Disclosed innovations can find particular use in speech coding applications, such as for real time communications. Using a neural network, contextual coding can be used to encode latent features for a current frame using a prediction from reconstructed latent features of past frames as a context. An extractor learns a residual-like feature based on such prediction and latent features of the current frame obtained using an encoder. The residual-like feature is then quantized. At a decoder portion of a coding framework, the quantized feature is dequantized and then combined with a prediction from prior reconstructed latent features to provide reconstructed features of a current frame, which can then be processed by a decoder to provide a reconstructed signal.
