    Abstract: The provided is a design method for all-fused-silica capacitive planarized micro electro-mechanical systems (MEMS) gyroscope, including: determining a configuration of the MEMS gyroscope, including a substrate and a structural layer, the structural layer being a planar structure; forming a recess at one side of the substrate, and providing a boss in a center of the recess; on the structural layer, integrally forming a central anchor point, a support beam, a resonant ring, fixed electrodes, and a peripheral anchor point region in sequence from the center outward; forming a capacitive gap having a high-steepness structural sidewall and a high-aspect ratio between the resonant ring and each of the fixed electrodes; when the substrate and the structural layer are assembled, fixing the boss to the central anchor point, fixing a recess periphery to the peripheral anchor point region, and suspending the support beam and the resonant ring on the recess.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a quick response control design method for an aero-engine starting process and belongs to the field of engine control. With an N-dot control plan, an intelligent optimization algorithm is used to optimize an acceleration target curve, then a controller is designed based on an active disturbance rejection control theory, and finally, the time of the engine starting process is minimized to complete quick response. The present invention can solve the problem that a traditional control method is difficult to ensure time consistency and has low reliability for the transient state of an aero-engine, is a control design method for quick response to the transient state of an aero-engine based on active disturbance rejection control (ADRC) under the N-dot control plan, and can shorten the transient state adjusting time on the premise of achieving stable operation of the aero-engine.

    Abstract: A large-scale network node simulation method based on Linux container is provided, which solves problems of low packet transmission efficiency and multi-thread creation in real-time simulation in a large-scale network scenario. The method includes: scheduling all container nodes in a scenario; managing, by a container node, a dynamic thread through an idle thread management queue, and setting a finite state machine and a function pointer for the dynamic thread; registering, by a source container node, an output queue with a next-hop container node, and informing the next-hop container node to allocate a dynamic thread for receiving and processing the output queue. Packet transmission is realized between the container nodes through data units created in a shared memory. The sending thread and the receiving thread dynamically adjust the number of dynamic threads by checking the state of the output queue.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a series of helical sulfono-?-AApeptides that mimic the binding mode of the ?-helical HD2 domain of B-Cell Lymphoma 9 (BCL9). As disclosed herein, sulfono-?-AApeptides can structurally and functionally mimic the ?-helical domain of BCL9, and selectively disrupt ?-catenin/BCL9 PPIs with even higher potency. More intriguingly, these sulfono-?-AApeptides can enter cancer cells, bind with ?-catenin and disrupt ?-catenin/BCL PPI, and exhibit excellent cellular activity, which is much more potent than the BCL9 peptide. Furthermore, enzymatic stability studies demonstrated the remarkable stability of the helical sulfono-?-AApeptides, with no degradation in the presence of pronase for 24 h, augmenting their biological potential.
