    Abstract: An electronic pen button assembly is provided. The electronic pen button assembly includes a pen core, a housing, and a button. The pen core includes a rod body and a pen tip disposed at a first end of the rod body. A first limiting portion is disposed on the rod body. The housing includes a pen head with a via hole, and a second limiting portion is disposed in the housing. The rod body extends into the housing through the via hole, and the first limiting portion is matably connected to the second limiting portion. The pen core is in sliding fit relative to the housing in an extension direction of the rod body. The button is disposed in the housing, and the bottom is triggerable by a second end of the rod body during sliding of the pen core along the extension direction of the rod body.

    Abstract: Disclosed herein is a series of helical sulfono-?-AApeptides that mimic the binding mode of the ?-helical HD2 domain of B-Cell Lymphoma 9 (BCL9). As disclosed herein, sulfono-?-AApeptides can structurally and functionally mimic the ?-helical domain of BCL9, and selectively disrupt ?-catenin/BCL9 PPIs with even higher potency. More intriguingly, these sulfono-?-AApeptides can enter cancer cells, bind with ?-catenin and disrupt ?-catenin/BCL PPI, and exhibit excellent cellular activity, which is much more potent than the BCL9 peptide. Furthermore, enzymatic stability studies demonstrated the remarkable stability of the helical sulfono-?-AApeptides, with no degradation in the presence of pronase for 24 h, augmenting their biological potential.

    Abstract: The invention proposed a space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method for any level cascaded H-bridge inverter. The multilevel space vector diagram is re-divided, and the coordinates of the nearest three vectors (NTVs) are directly obtained by judging the position of the reference vector. The duty cycles of the NTVs is calculated through additional vector which is equivalent to the reference vector. Then, the switching states are obtained by zero-sequence component and coordinate transformation, and the desired reference vector is synthesized for the SVPWM modulation. The invention realizes multilevel modulation in Cartesian coordinates without any iterative calculation, and the calculation is independent of the level number. Furthermore, the locating of the reference vector and the calculation of the duty cycles are simplified, and the calculation complexity is reduced.
