    Abstract: The invention proposed a space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) method for any level cascaded H-bridge inverter. The multilevel space vector diagram is re-divided, and the coordinates of the nearest three vectors (NTVs) are directly obtained by judging the position of the reference vector. The duty cycles of the NTVs is calculated through additional vector which is equivalent to the reference vector. Then, the switching states are obtained by zero-sequence component and coordinate transformation, and the desired reference vector is synthesized for the SVPWM modulation. The invention realizes multilevel modulation in Cartesian coordinates without any iterative calculation, and the calculation is independent of the level number. Furthermore, the locating of the reference vector and the calculation of the duty cycles are simplified, and the calculation complexity is reduced.

    Abstract: Embodiments of this application disclose a video classification method performed by a computer device and belong to the field of computer vision (CV) technologies. The method includes: obtaining a video; selecting n image frames from the video; extracting respective feature information of the n image frames according to a learned feature fusion policy by using a feature extraction network, the learned feature fusion policy being used for indicating proportions of the feature information of the other image frames that have been fused with feature information of a first image frame in the n image frames; and determining a classification result of the video according to the respective feature information of the n image frames. By replacing complex and repeated 3D convolution operations with simple feature information fusion between adjacent image frames, time for finally obtaining a classification result of the video is therefore reduced, thereby having high efficiency.

    Abstract: Provided is a proximity ligation assay-based detection method for a high-order structure (HOS) of an RNA virus, including: mixing an RNA virus with a cross-linking agent, conducting cross-linking under ultraviolet (UV) light, and recovering the RNA virus to obtain a cross-linked RNA virus; extracting RNA of the cross-linked RNA virus; conducting fragmentation on the RNA with RNase III to obtain RNA fragments; ligating the RNA fragments and conducting decrosslinking to obtain decrosslinked RNA fragments; constructing a sequencing library for the decrosslinked RNA fragments; and conducting high-throughput sequencing on the sequencing library, and conducting an RNA HOS analysis on a sequencing result. In the present disclosure, high-efficiency short-distance ligation reaction is used to realize the cross-linking of RNA in virus particles in cell culture or collected supernatant, so as to analyze the HOS of RNA virus genome.
