    Abstract: A glycosyltransferase mutant and a method for catalytic synthesis of rebaudioside M using the glycosyltransferase mutant are provided. The glycosyltransferase mutant is obtained through mutation based on a glycosyltransferase amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, and can be produced by inducing expression in a mutant strain. The glycosyltransferase mutant can be used as a catalyst for enzymatic catalytic synthesis of 12.8 g/LRebM from 20 g/LRebE. Michaelis constants (a kinetic parameter) of the glycosyltransferase mutant S195Q for rebaudioside E and rebaudioside D are 56.34±2.02 ?M and 214.48±14.54 ?M, respectively, which are ? and ? of a Michaelis constant of a wild-type (WT) glycosyltransferase, respectively.

The invention achieves adjustment of cable peeling based on the thickness of the cable insulation by setting up a main component and a cutting assembly, which prevents damage to cable core during the cutting process and enables the blade to cut at an angle, thereby improving cutting efficiency.

An inverse lithographic technology (ILT) process to the corrected layout pattern is also performed to enhance the corrected layout pattern to produce an OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern of the lithographic mask. A first contour image associated with the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern is generated when the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern of the lithographic mask is projected on a wafer. The features of the generated first contour image are extracted. And a second contour image of a developed photo resist pattern on the wafer associated with the OPC-ILT-enhanced layout pattern as an output of a deep neural network is generated.

    Abstract: A lossless data compressor prevents normalization overruns on-the-fly as symbol occurrence counts are rounded to generate symbol frequencies, allowing an encoding table generator to generate encoding table entries without waiting for the symbol frequency table to finish filling. Rounding errors are accumulated as symbols are normalized and compensated for by reducing a symbol frequency when the symbol frequency is at least 2 and the accumulated errors have exceeded a threshold. The symbol frequency is also reduced when the number of remaining states in the encoding table is insufficient for a number of remaining unprocessed symbols and states for a current encoding table entry. Since error compensation occurs as symbols are being normalized, encoding table generation is not forced to wait for all symbols in the block to be processed, reducing latency. Three pipeline stages can operate on three input blocks: symbol counting, normalization/error compensation/encoding table generation, and data encoding.

A hydrogel preparation is simple in structure and easy to prepare, and the used cis-platinum has dual effects: a cross-linking agent for promoting the formation of protein hydrogels and an antitumor drug for exerting a tumor inhibition curative effect. The strategy simplifies the carrier design and reduces potential toxic side effects. The protein carboxyl limits the release of cis-platinum through a coordination effect so that reduce the burst release of the loaded drugs drastically.
