    Abstract: The present invention discloses active blue light leakage preventing LED structures. Each of the structure includes a circuit board, at least one blue light LED die, a photo detector/thermal sensor and a wavelength transformation layer, wherein the electric circuit on the circuit board receives detection signal from the photo detector/thermal sensor and turns off the said blue light LED die accordingly. With the implementation of the present invention, the active blue light leakage preventing LED structure turns off the blue light LED die when it reaches its usage life span limit thus avoiding damage to human from the massive release of blue light.

The insulating material is patterned to form an opening over each of the plurality of contact pads, and the plurality of contact pads is cleaned. The method includes forming an under-ball metallization (UBM) structure over the plurality of contact pads and portions of the insulating material. Cleaning the plurality of contact pads recesses a top surface of each of the plurality of contact pads.

    Abstract: A drilling assembly is tripped in a cased hole to make more open hole. The assembly features retracted scrapers and a closed circulation sub so that the drilling can commence with string pressure delivered to bit nozzles due to the circulation sub being in a closed position. When drilling is done and the bit is to be removed, an object lands on a seat on a sleeve that acts as a piston to break scraper retainers for casing scraping deployment and to open the circulation port. A bypass opens around the seated ball when the sleeve shifts to allow flow around the seated ball for circulation while scraping. Drilling and casing scraping are accomplished in a single trip.
