    Abstract: A needle protecting module of an injection device in connecting with a syringe has a needle base, a needle body a tube module, a mounting tube, an elastic unit, and a stopping unit. The syringe has a tube body and an axis. The needle body transfixes the needle base and communicates with the tube body for medication injection. The needle base is removably engaged with the tube body and bearing the needle protecting module is transfixed by the needle body. The tube module is mounted around the needle base and has an annular space. The mounting tube is movably inserted into the annular space. The elastic unit is mounted in the annular space and abuts both the mounting tube and the needle base bilaterally. The stopping unit is moveably mounted in the annular space and is selectively engaged with the mounting tube.

Every two of the multiple heat exchange platy tubes adjacent to each other are separated at an interval from each other to form a first flow channel. Each of the multiple heat exchange platy tubes includes a main body and at least one spacing wall. The main body has multiple second flow channels therein. The at least one spacing wall is located between two of the multiple second flow channels adjacent to each other. The air inlet and the air outlet communicate with the multiple second flow channels.

The temperature sensor detects the temperature of the multi-core processor and determines whether the electronic device enters an underclocking mode from a performance priority mode according to the detected temperature. When the temperature of the multi-core processor is greater than a first temperature threshold, the multi-core processor controls the electronic device to enter a first underclocking mode and dynamically adjusts an enabled core number. When the temperature of the multi-core processor is greater than a second temperature threshold, the multi-core processor controls the electronic device to enter a second underclocking mode.

The MEMS interconnection pin has a pin base attached to a frame that has direct contact to the conductive layer. The sacrificial layer is then removed, at least partially, to detach the MEMS interconnection pin from the substrate. In one embodiment, the MEMS interconnection pin has a pin base, two springs extending out from two different surfaces of the pin base, and a tip portion attached to each spring. The tip portions include one or more contact tips to make contact to conductive subjects.
