    Abstract: The present invention discloses an intelligent soft measurement method for wind speed in front of a wind turbine. The method includes: first using laser radar data as a data sample, judging delay orders between input and output by using an AIC or BIC criterion, defining a dynamic difference regression vector according to the delay orders, dividing hyperplanes according to a clustering result by using a machine learning algorithm, and performing dynamic differential input/output nonlinear mapping modeling in a global scope and sub-scopes by using an artificial intelligence dynamic regression algorithm, respectively. Empirical mode decomposition and power spectral density analysis are performed on the wind speed in front of a laser radar measuring machine and the wind speed in front of a soft measurement machine, thereby further verifying the estimation performance of intelligent soft measurement for the wind speed in front of a wind turbine.

    Abstract: The present solution is directed to control of maximum current for regenerative charging of an EV battery. A battery management system (BMS) can facilitate, responsive to a first action by an actuator, a discharge of an EV battery. The BMS can identify, responsive to a second action by the actuator, a discharge capacity of the battery corresponding to the discharge associated with the first action. The BMS can determine, responsive to the second action, a temperature measurement and a state of charge measurement of the battery and determine, based on the temperature measurement, the state of charge measurement and the discharge capacity, a derate factor that can be used to modify a current level supplied to the battery during charging of the battery from energy generated responsive to the second action. The BMS can cause the battery to be charged according to the modified current level and the generated energy.

    Abstract: In conventional wireline intervention shifting service, the success of the operation is heavily dependent on the engineer’s experience and knowledge. Any wrong judgement in the process of operation could lead to non-productive time or even total failure. Once the operation is completed, the post-job processing and report preparation also require significant manual effort and are extremely time consuming, which often leads to the inadequate or incomplete report. These challenges are addressed by the advanced surface acquisition software presented in this paper. The aim of the surface software is to redefine the selective shifting workflow by leveraging the available instrumentation, streamlining and simplifying operation procedures, eliminating or reducing the typical human errors observed earlier, and greatly reducing the burden on the field engineers for post-job deliverables with automated real-time data collection, processing, and report generation.

The method may include obtaining a reference image of a first portion of a subject and a target image of a second portion of the subject, and determining at least one pair of feature points based on a preliminary registration accuracy. The first and second portions may at least partially overlap with each other. Each pair may include a reference feature point in the reference image and a target feature point in the target image that matches the reference feature point. For each pair, the method may further include determining an updated pair of feature points based on a superior registration accuracy higher than the preliminary registration accuracy and a neighboring region of the target feature point of the pair. The method may further include generating a stitched image based on the at least one updated pair.

    Abstract: A flexible endoscope system is provided for use in surgical operation which includes a head part and a control handle detachably connected using first and second docking keys. The head part comprises a shaft, a flexible tip located at a distal end of the shaft, an image sensor module, and drive tendons extending in the shaft for controlling the movement of the flexible tip in multiple degrees of freedom. The control handle includes multiple motors for tensioning or relaxing the drive tendons via a capstan assembly. Control element is provided on the control handle to allow a user to trigger a complex movement of the flexible tip to form an S shape so that a bird-eye view of the surgical site can be obtained by the endoscope system. The detachable connection eliminates the need to sterilize the control handle in which the main electronic components are located.

According to the methods provided herein, the problem that a single medical image providing relatively little information and without effective reference for surgery can now be solved. The surgical instrument can be implanted based on the planned path, thereby improving the success rate of surgery and reducing surgical complications.
