Abstract: Methods and apparatus are provided for improved entropy encoding and decoding. An apparatus includes a video encoder (200) for encoding at least a block in a picture by transforming a residue of the block to obtain transform coefficients, quantizing the transform coefficients to obtain quantized transform coefficients, and entropy coding the quantized transform coefficients. The quantized transform coefficients are encoded using a flag to indicate that a current one of the quantized transform coefficients being processed is a last non-zero coefficient for the block having a value greater than or equal to a specified value.

Abstract: The present invention provides exosomal microRNAs as a marker for schizophrenia and the use thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides the use of reagent materials and/or instrumentation for detecting microRNA level in a sample from an individual to be tested in the manufacture of a detection system for diagnosing the risk of developing schizophrenia, the microRNA comprising: hsa-miR-206, hsa-miR-145-5p, hsa-miR-133a-3p, hsa miR-143-3p, hsa-miR-144-5p, hsa-miR-144-3p, hsa-miR-184, hsa-miR-499a-5p, hsa-miR-3614-5p, hsa-miR-941, hsa-miR-30c-5p, hsa-miR-339-5p, hsa-miR-30b-5p, and/or hsa-miR-6515-5p. The exosomal miRNAs of the present invention can be used as a biomarker for diagnosing patients with first-episode schizophrenia.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a display panel and an electronic device. The display panel may include an array substrate and an opposing substrate. The array substrate includes scan lines, data lines, a first blocking wall and a second blocking wall. The first blocking wall and the second blocking wall are respectively arranged on opposite sides of at least one of the scan lines, and each of the first blocking wall and the second blocking wall includes a first blocking layer arranged in a same layer as the scan lines and a second blocking layer arranged in a same layer as the data lines. The distance between the first blocking layer and the scan line in a first direction is smaller than the distance between the second blocking layer and the scan line in the first direction.

In one embodiment, a method for at least one server for generating verified sports data of a sporting event is provided, the method comprising: receiving, at the server(s), first audio data captured by a microphone of a first client device; receiving, at the server(s), second audio data captured by a microphone of a second client device; synching the first audio data by arranging the first audio data based on at least one parameter; synching the second audio data by arranging the second audio data based on the at least one parameter; and generating the verified sports data by comparing, based on the at least one parameter, the first audio data and the second audio data to determine that a stat within the sporting event is verified.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for image processing. The method may include obtaining multiple projection images of a subject acquired by an imaging device from multiple view angles; generating an initial slice image of the subject by image reconstruction based on the multiple projection images; determining, based on the multiple projection images, a target out-of-plane artifact of the initial slice image; and generating a corrected slice image by correcting the initial slice image with respect to the target out-of-plane artifact.

Abstract: Methods for treatment of a multi-drug resistant (MDR) tumor in a subject are disclosed. The methods comprise administering to the subject in need of treatment a therapeutically effective amount of an anti-mycoplasma agent and/or an agent blocking the interaction between membrane protein P37 of mycoplasma and Annexin A2 of host cells of the subject, prior to, at the same time with, or after chemotherapy. Relevant pharmaceutical compositions, kits, uses are also disclosed.

Abstract: A method for image processing is disclosed herein. A computer system obtains a first image and a second image acquired by an imaging device. The computer system determines a matrix relating a first set of image points in the first image to a second set of image points in the second image. Based on the matrix, the computer system determines a set of parameters of the imaging device and a rotational relationship between the first image and the second image corresponding to poses of the imaging device. In response to determining that the first image and the second image are aligned based on the set of parameters of the imaging device and the rotational relationship between the first image and the second image, the computer system generates a composite image of the first image and the second image and causes display of the composite image.

The systems and methods may acquire a first image and a second image, determine a plurality of first feature points in a first region of the first image, determine a plurality of second feature points in a second region of the second image, then match the plurality of first feature points with the plurality of second feature points to generate a plurality of point pairs. Based on the plurality of point pairs, a third region on the first image and a fourth region on the second image may be determined. Finally, a third image may be generated based on the first image and the second image, wherein the third region of the first image may overlap with the fourth region of the second image in the third image.

Abstract: A charging adapter for electric vehicle includes a connecting mechanism, a control board, a charging plug, a charging socket, a locking pressure plate and an electromagnet iron. The control board monitors the temperature change inside the charging adapter and control the switch-off. The charging plug and the charging socket are installed at two ends of the connecting mechanism respectively. When used, the charging plug is connected to a charging socket of the electric vehicle, and the charging socket is connected to a charging gun to activate an operating control system of the electric vehicle. The locking pressure plate is installed in a surface of the end of connection mechanism near the charging plug. The electromagnet iron is installed inside the connection mechanism and located under the locking pressure plate, and is combined with the locking pressure plate to lock the charging adapter with the charging socket of the electric vehicle.
