  • Patent number: 10469316
Abstract: A reconfigurable multiplexer that can support more frequency bands than a traditional multiplexer is disclosed. For example, the reconfigurable multiplexer can handle frequencies of several hundred megahertz up to 10 gigahertz. Further, certain implementations of the reconfigurable multiplexer can reduce or eliminate frequency dead zones that exist with traditional multiplexers. The reconfigurable multiplexer includes a filter bank capable of supporting a number of frequency bands and a bypass circuit that enables the multiplexer to support a variety of sets of frequencies. For instance, unlike traditional multiplexers, the reconfigurable multiplexer can support both frequency bands with relatively narrow spacing and frequency bands with relatively wide spacing. Further, the inclusion of the bypass circuit enables the reduction or elimination of dead zones between supported frequencies.

Abstract: A composite thermistor material, a preparation method and an application thereof. The perovskite structure oxide and the pyrochlorite structure oxide are composite by solid state reaction method, which comprise process of ball milling, drying, and calcining. Then the thermistor ceramics with high temperature resistance and controllable B value are sintered at high temperature after mould forming, then the thermistor disks are coated by platinum paste, and then the platinum wire is welded as the lead wire to form thermistor element. The thermistor of the invention can realize temperature measurement from room temperature to 1000° C. and has good negative temperature coefficient thermistor characteristics. The thermistor coefficient B can be adjusted by changing the two-phase ratio to meet the requirements of different systems.

  • Publication number: 20190177354
Abstract: Provided are a series of crocins compounds and related pharmacological applications thereof in prevention and treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The series of crocins compounds are obtained by taking the Chinese herb, namely Gardenia jasminoides Ellis, as a raw material and separating same by means of various methods. The compounds playing a role in preventing oxidative injury caused by hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) and excitatory amino acid injury caused by L-glutamic acid are screened out by in-vitro cell experiments. The results show that the crocins compounds have good effect in preventing cell injury caused by H2O2 and L-glutamic acid. The compounds have good effect in preventing and treating Alzheimer's disease due to the fact that significant rise of oxidative stress and excitatory amino acid is a key factor for nerve injury in Alzheimer's disease, and have broad development and application prospect.

  • Patent number: 10298870
Abstract: The invention concerns a C-MOS photoelectric cell with charge transfer, comprising an embedded photodiode (PPD) likely to be exposed to photons, formed by a doped area of a first type in a substrate of an opposite type, and means for transferring the charges generated by exposing the photodiode to photons to a floating diffusion (FD), and means for reading, on the floating diffusion, a voltage representative of the quantity of charges transferred. This cell is remarkable in that the depletion area of the photodiode junction under zero bias voltage extends essentially through the entire thickness of the doped area of a first type, such that the junction capacitance of said photodiode and the capacitive noise are minimized, and in that, during exposure to photons, the reading is carried out under a condition of equilibrium between the charges generated by photo-conversion and the charges lost by evaporation.
