    Abstract: An input method, device and electronic apparatus are provided. The input method includes acquiring text information at an input cursor position, where the text information includes above text information located before the input cursor and/or below text information located after the input cursor; extracting keywords from the text information; searching through associative candidate lexicons of the keywords to obtain an enter-on-screen candidate word queue at the input cursor position; outputting the enter-on-screen candidate word queue. By acquiring the text information at the input cursor position and determining the enter-on-screen candidate word queue based on the keywords in the text information, embodiments of the present disclosure solve the issue in existing techniques that after the input cursor changes it position, no enter-on-screen candidate word may be provided by association because no reliable enter-on-screen entry is obtained.

    Abstract: An array substrate, preparation method thereof, display panel and display device are provided. The array substrate includes a base substrate and a plurality of thin film transistors distributed on the base substrate in an array. Each thin film transistor includes: a light-shielding block formed on the base substrate and provided with a first groove of which an opening direction is away from the base substrate; a buffer layer formed on one side of the light-shielding block away from the base substrate, a region of the buffer layer corresponding to the first groove being disposed with a second groove of which an opening direction is away from the base substrate; and a channel layer formed in the second groove. The structure uses bulges on two sides of the first groove to shield the light rays in regions without the thin film transistor, thereby improving the stability of the thin film transistor.

This inventive concept ameliorates the bending issue of the second semiconductor layer.

    Abstract: A sensing system includes a sensor assembly that is communicably connected to a computer system, such as a server or a cloud computing system. The sensor assembly includes a plurality of sensors that sense a variety of different physical phenomena. The sensor assembly featurizes the raw sensor data and transmits the featurized data to the computer system. Through machine learning, the computer system then trains a classifier to serve as a virtual sensor for an event that is correlated to the data from one or more sensor streams within the featurized sensor data. The virtual sensor can then subscribe to the relevant sensor feeds from the sensor assembly and monitor for subsequent occurrences of the event. Higher order virtual sensors can receive the outputs from lower order virtual sensors to infer nonbinary details about the environment in which the sensor assemblies are located.

The estimation of SOC may even be made while the battery is being slowly charged. Depending on the equilibrium state of the battery, SOCs may be either directly obtained by measuring Open Circuit Voltage of the battery when the battery is in electric equilibrium or calculated and estimated when the battery is not in electric equilibrium.

A computing system recognizes whether a queue event occurred for each vehicle located in an area of interest based on collected vehicle data. The location information further includes a distance to an intersection. The computing system identifies differences in queue length among queues in the area of interest based on the vehicle data and determines queue indicators for each of the queues in the area of interest. Based on queue indicators for each of the queues in in the area of interest generated over multiple sampling periods, traffic signal lights at the intersection in the area of interest are managed.
