    Abstract: Various disclosed embodiments include methods, systems, and computer-readable media for generating a 3-dimensional (3D) panorama. A method includes receiving images of a 3D scene. The method includes reconstructing geometry of a plurality of 3D bubble-views from the images. Reconstructing includes using a structure from motion framework for camera localization, generating a 3D surface mesh model of the scene using multi-view stereo via cylindrical surface sweeping for each bubble-view, and registering multiple 3D bubble-views in a common coordinate system. The method includes displaying the surface mesh model.

The encoding method includes indexing each pixel in the first coding unit to generate an index map.     Abstract: A feeding device includes a fixing base. A motor is fixed to the fixing base. The motor has an output axle. A transmission axle is fixedly connected to the output axle. The feeding device further includes a feeding block having a side fixedly connected to the transmission axle. The feeding block has a feeding notch. The feeding notch is formed around the transmission axle circumferentially. Hence, once a slender material enters the rotational space of the feeding block, the motor drives the feeding block to rotate, whereas the slender material is pressed by the feeding notch of the feeding block and sent out as a result of the continuous rotation of the feeding block. Hence, the feeding device not only enables continuous material conveyance but also allows the slender material to be conveyed smoothly even when the slender material is slightly bent or deformed.

    Abstract: A method for rapid mincing of adipose tissues to isolate live cells in vitro is disclosed to overcome the drawbacks of a lead procedure of isolating live cells by holding a knife to mince adipose tissues, which can only isolate a small number of live cells and obtain low cell viability. The method includes: providing an adipose tissue; mincing the adipose tissue homogeneously by a mincing device; adding a reagent into the minced adipose tissue to perform hydrolysis; performing centrifuge and isolation; and removing a supernatant to obtain a cell pellet. Therefore, the time of mincing adipose tissues can be shortened, and contaminations caused by repeated use of the knife can be avoided. The method can be used for isolating live cells of adipose tissues to improve the number of live cells per unit weight of adipose tissues without reducing the cell viability.

A depth camera image of a subject is converted to a 3D point cloud. A plurality of anatomical landmarks are detected in the 3D point cloud. A 3D avatar mesh is initialized by aligning a template mesh to the 3D point cloud based on the detected anatomical landmarks. A personalized 3D avatar mesh of the subject is generated by optimizing the 3D avatar mesh using a trained parametric deformable model (PDM). The optimization is subject to constraints that take into account clothing worn by the subject and the presence of a table on which the subject in lying.
