    Abstract: Monolayer and multilayer polypropylene-based films are provided which are excellent in not only heat resistance but also all of transparency, flexibility and impact resistance. The polypropylene-based monolayer film has a thickness of 100 to 400 ?m and satisfies Requirements (1) to (4) below all together. The multilayer film includes the monolayer film as the base layer. (1) The Young's modulus measured in accordance with JIS K6781 is 500 MPa or less. (2) The tensile impact strength measured at 0° C. is 100 to 1000 kJ/m2. (3) The light transmittance is 85 to 99%, and the reduction rate of light transmittance after hot-water treatment at 120° C. for 30 minutes is less than 15% of the light transmittance before the treatment. (4) The film is composed of 5 to 60 wt % of a component soluble in n-decane at room temperature (Dsol) and 40 to 95 wt % of a component insoluble in n-decane at room temperature (Dinsol).
