    Abstract: A wireless device and a wireless network system are provided. The wireless device is configured to discover an under-discovered wireless device, and a first network server serves the under-discovered wireless device. The under-discovered wireless device transmits a terminal signal to the first network server at a specific frequency and in a specific period. The wireless device includes a transceiver and a processor electrically connected to the transceiver. The processor obtains a piece of feature information regarding to the under-discovered wireless device by listening to the terminal signal via the transceiver, and identifies that the under-discovered wireless device is in a discovery coverage of the wireless device based on a determination result that the feature information or a normalized feature information is higher than a predetermined threshold.

The backhaul network transmits a piece of wi-fi connection information to the first client direct-mode communication apparatus according to the location relationship. The first client direct-mode communication apparatus creates a wi-fi direct-mode communication connection with the second client direct-mode communication apparatus according to the piece of wi-fi connection information.

The system can either be a two-hop relay station system or a multi-hop relay station system. The apparatus can use a CDMA ranging code set to transmit information and manage other apparatuses of the wireless communication system under a mobile multi-hop relay standard. The CDMA ranging code set comprises a mobile station (MS) code set and a relay station (RS) code set. The MS code set is used to transmit information from the MS to the base station (BS). Likewise, the RS code set is used to transmit information from the RS and the BS.

The first backhaul network receives a piece of first client location information and a piece of second client location information from the first direct-mode communication apparatus and the second backhaul network respectively, and determines a location relationship accordingly. The first backhaul network transmits a Wi-Fi connection signal to the first client direct-mode communication apparatus according to the location relationship. The first client direct-mode communication apparatus establishes a direct-mode communication connection with a second client direct-mode communication apparatus according to the Wi-Fi connection signal.

    Abstract: A resource allocation apparatus, method, application program, and computer readable medium thereof are provided. A plurality of data streams are transmitted to a plurality of receiving ends via a network resource, wherein each of the receiving ends has a subscribing status. Each of the data streams comprises a plurality of data layers. First, required data are sent to the receiving ends. Then, an efficiency ratio of each of the possible transmission combinations is dynamically calculated. Finally, data layers comprised in the possible transmission combination that has the greatest efficiency ratio are transmitted to the receiving ends. Efficiency ratios are calculated according to the whole network resource, the channels of the receiving ends, and the characters of the data streams. By the aforementioned arrangement, data layers received by the receiving ends can be adjusted dynamically. Thus, the efficiency of the network resource can be increased.
