    Abstract: An online system predicts, using a first targeting model, a first group of users as candidates to be in a targeting cluster, and predicts, using a second targeting model, a second group of users as candidates to be in the targeting cluster. The online system determines a first set of users that are not part of the first group of users, and a second set of users that are not part of the second group of users, and provides surveys to the first and second set of users. The online system determines a first subgroup of the first group of users and a second subgroup of the second group of users, and provides an ad preferences tool to the first subgroup and the second subgroup. The online system scores the first and second targeting models based in part on responses to the surveys and/or the ad preferences tools.

In the OLED element, the organic monomolecular white light material is used as an emitting layer, and the emitting layer has a high luminous intensity and a good stability, thus the luminous efficiency and working life of the OLED element achieve practical requirements.

    Abstract: Methods of making various capillary foams are provided. The foams can include liquid foams having a plurality of particles connected by a network of a secondary fluid at the interface between the discontinuous and continuous phase. The foams can also include solid foams where the continuous phases (bulk fluid) is removed to produce the solid foam having high overall porosities and low densities. Densities as low as 0.3 g cm?3 and porosities as high as 95% or higher can be achieved. The secondary fluid can be polymerized to further strengthen the solid foam. Methods and devices are also provided for oil recovery from water using a capillary foam. The methods can include forming a capillary foam wherein the oil is the secondary fluid, and wherein the foam can transport the oil to the surface of the water.

    Abstract: A particle detecting device is provided. The particle detecting device includes a base, a detecting element, a micro pump and a drive control board. The base includes a detecting channel, a beam channel and a light trapping region. The detecting element includes a microprocessor, a particle sensor and a laser transmitter. The particle sensor is disposed at an orthogonal position where the detecting channel intersects the beam channel. When the micro pump, the particle sensor and the laser transmitter are enabled under the control of the microprocessor, the gas outside the detecting channel is inhaled into the detecting channel. When the gas flows to the orthogonal position where the detecting channel intersects the beam channel, the gas is irradiated by the projecting light source from the laser transmitter, and projecting light spots generated are projected on the particle sensor for detecting the size and the concentration of suspended particles.
