    Abstract: A method for backside metallization includes inkjet printing a pattern of nanosilver conductive ink on a first surface of a silicon wafer. The silicon wafer includes a plurality of dies. The pattern includes a clearance area along a scribe line between the dies. A laser is focused, through a second surface of the wafer, at a point between the first surface of the silicon wafer and the second surface of the silicon wafer. The second surface is opposite the first surface. The dies are separated along the scribe line.

    Abstract: A dynamic graphic information classification device which is installed in a vehicle and comprises at least one automatic driving assistant system, a wireless communication interface, a storage device, a GPS module, and a processor. The wireless communication interface is connected with a cloud server where a high definition map and 3D point cloud map information are stored. The GPS module acquires position coordinates of the vehicle from an electronic map. The storage device stores at least one of at least one road curvature and at least one crossroads feature of a road environment of a predetermined driving path of the vehicle. The processor classifies the map information to be downloaded according to at least one of at least one road curvature and at least one crossroads feature and an automatic driving level of the automatic driving assistant system, whereby to reduce the time for download.

    Abstract: The present invention mainly relates to a polymer for delivery of biologically active materials, a complex and a method of synthesis thereof. The polymer comprises a poly(ethylene imine) and at least one monomer, each monomer comprising a modified sugar moiety, preferably galactose, comprising a sulphur atom or a nitrogen atom and a chemical moiety comprising a terminal epoxide for linking the polyethylene imine to the monomer, wherein the sulphur atom or the nitrogen atom links the modified sugar moiety to the chemical moiety. The biologically active material is preferably a gene, siRNA, mRNA or plasmid DNA. Further disclosed is the medical use of said complex in treating a disease caused by a genetic disorder, for example cancer.
