An effective length of a channel region of the thin film transistor is longer than or equal to one third of a length of the pixel unit along an extension direction of the scanning line.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a gold mine cyanide tailing disposal method using paste technology belonging to the technical field of mining. The disposal method firstly performs a harmless decyanation treatment on a cyanide tailing slurry obtained from a mineral processing plant, and then performs a resource treatment where a cyanide tailing slurry is subjected to a thickening to obtain a higher concentration. When a backfill is needed, a paste is produced by adding a cementing material after a homogenized stirring of a two-stage horizontal agitator pumped to an underground mining site for filling by a plunger pump. The cementing material is to solidify an underflow and prevent cyanide from being filtered out. When a backfill is not needed, the paste is directly delivered to an open storage area for storing by the plunger pump.

The waveguide focuses optical radiation on an adjacent plasmon generator where it excites plasmon modes that heat the recording medium. Although the plasmon generator typically heats the recording medium using the plasmon near field to supply the required Joule heating, an unblocked waveguide would also send optical radiation to the medium and surrounding structures producing unwanted heating and device unreliability. The role of the blocker is to block the unwanted optical radiation and, thereby, to limit the heating to that supplied by the plasmon near field.

    Abstract: The discovery of distinct modes of asymmetric catalysis has the potential to rapidly advance chemists' ability to build enantioenriched molecules. As an example, the use of chiral cation salts as phase-transfer catalysts for anionic reagents has enabled a vast set of enantioselective transformations. A largely overlooked analogous mechanism wherein a chiral anionic catalyst brings a cationic species into solution is itself a powerful method. The concept is broadly applicable to a number of different reaction pathways, including to the enantioselective fluorocyclization of olefins, and dearomatization of aromatic systems with a cationic electrophile-transferring (e.g., fluorinating) agent and a chiral phosphate catalyst. The reactions proceed in high yield and stereoselectivity. The compounds and methods of the invention are of particular value, especially considering the scarcity of alternative approaches.

Lower resolution data from the same sample can be obtained using any of hard or soft X-ray laser sources, and X-ray imaging methods employing nanoscale etched zone plate technology. In some embodiments both diffraction and imaging data can be obtained simultaneously. Data from both sources are combined to create a more complete representation of the sample. Methods to further improve performance, such as concave or curved detectors, improved temperature control, and alternative X-ray optics are also disclosed.
