An order of the at least one carrier is determined according to a decreasing order based on a highest priority of a sidelink traffic channel. A set of candidate resources associated with each of the at least one carrier is determined according to the determined order. A candidate resource is excluded from the set of candidate resources, in case that the candidate resource is not supported due to a limitation of a user equipment (UE) in supported carrier combinations.

At least one HARQ-ACK information bit corresponding to downlink data received in at least one cell, is determined based on the higher layer signaling.
