Abstract: A nitride semiconductor light emitting device, and a method of manufacturing the same are disclosed. The nitride semiconductor light emitting device includes a substrate, an n-type nitride semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate and including a plurality of V-shaped pits in a top surface thereof, an active layer disposed on the n-type nitride semiconductor layer and including depressions conforming to the shape of the plurality of V-shaped pits, and a p-type nitride semiconductor layer disposed on the active layer and including a plurality of protrusions on a top surface thereof. Since the plurality of V-shaped pits are formed in the top surface of the n-type nitride semiconductor layer, the protrusions can be formed on the p-type nitride semiconductor layer as an in-situ process. Accordingly, the resistance to ESD, and light extraction efficiency are enhanced.

Abstract: A method for controlling a washing machine includes comparing a command value of a motor with a predetermined limit value, during spin-drying, to determine whether the motor is overloaded, and controlling driving of the motor in response to the determination. It may be possible to determine a water filling state, an excessive bubble state, or a drainage error state, which may be caused during a spin-drying operation, and to take a proper measure. That is, in the drainage error state, a user is informed of the drainage error. In the water filling state, the spin-drying is normally completed by re-performing the spin-drying operation. In the excessive bubble state, a rinsing or spin-drying operation is added to remove the bubbles. When the bubbles are not removed by the added rinsing or spin-drying operation, the excessive bubble message is displayed to inform a consumer of the excessive bubble state.

Abstract: A method of decoding a video signal is disclosed. The present invention includes obtaining identification information indicating whether a coded picture of a current NAL unit is an inter-view picture group, obtaining interview reference information of the inter-view picture group, and constructing a reference picture list for inter-view prediction using the inter-view reference information according to the identification information, wherein the inter-view reference information includes view identification information of an inter-view reference picture.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a GFP-CAP peptide having an amino acid sequence derived from TGF-?1 (transforming growth factor-?1) and a cell adhesion sequence, wherein the amino acid sequence derived from TGF-?1 consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:1 and the TGFP-CAP peptide is represented by the following formula I: Ile-Trp-Ser-Leu-Asp-Thr-Gln-Tyr-Cell adhesion sequence (I). The TGFP-CAP peptide of the present invention exhibits excellent anti-angiogenic activity. In addition, the TGFP-CAP peptide of the present invention prevents effectively melanin generation in skin to have skin whitening effects. The present peptide shows much higher stability and permeability to skin than natural-occurring TGF-?1. Such plausible activities and safety of the present peptide enable advantageously to application to drugs, quasi-drugs and cosmetics.

The flow path member is made of a graphite foil and has a flow path through which fluids pass. The base separator has a seating recess formed on the surface thereof. The flow path member is mounted in the seating recess. The flow path is formed by pressing the graphite foil. The separator can be produced at reduced processing cost in a short processing time.

Thus, a packet loss and delay due to the influence of handover occurring when the mobile node moves between networks can be minimized and the handover procedure can be simplified.
