    Abstract: A method for diagnosing an internal loss mechanism of a solar cell is provided. The solar cell includes an anode and a cathode. An electron transport layer, an active layer and a hole transport layer are arranged in sequence from top to bottom between the cathode and the anode. The solar cell is modeled through a solar cell multi-physics simulation platform. Current density-voltage (JV) curves respectively of type A, type B, type C and type D are simulated by regulating a bulk defect and a surface defect of the active layer and a voltage scan rate. The solar cell is subjected to forward voltage scan and reverse voltage scan to obtain forward and reverse JV curves. According to the forward and reverse JV curves, whether the JV curve type of the solar cell is the type A, the type B, the type C or the type D is determined.

The solutions of the embodiments of present disclosure have significantly improved the efficiency, stability and accuracy of thread machining.

The at least one ray source and the detector assembly are lifted or lowered along a central axis of the carrying device relative to the carrying device. When viewed along the central axis, the ray source is translatable between scanning positions relative to the carrying device. When the ray source is at one of the scanning positions, the ray source and the detector assembly are lifted or lowered along the central axis, and the ray source emits X-rays; and when the ray source and the detector assembly are lifted or lowered a predetermined distance, the ray source translates to another one of the scanning positions.

The method for preparing the cement slurry system includes dry mixing and wet mixing raw materials homogeneously, respectively, and then homogeneously mixing the dry mix and wet mix to obtain the cement slurry system. The present disclosure further provides use of the cement slurry system for cementing in deep wells and ultra-deep wells at high and ultra-high temperatures.

The method of catalytic synthesis of adiponitrile comprises primary hydrocyanation, isomerization, and secondary hydrocyanation reactions, wherein the catalyst adopted each comprises a phosphite ligand-nickel complex composed of a nickel precursor and a multidentate phosphite ligand. The ligand molecule has a higher electron cloud density, and the phosphorus content capable of participating in coordination in the ligand molecule per unit mass is higher, so that the catalytic activity of the catalyst is improved, and the amount of the catalyst is reduced.

A barrier layer is formed on the SAM before selectively depositing a metal liner on the barrier layer. The SAM is removed after selectively depositing the metal liner on the barrier layer.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a method for preparing oxetan-2-ylmethanamine, which belongs to the field of organic synthesis. [2-(1-ethoxyethoxy)methyl]propylene oxide is used as an initial raw material, and reacted in the presence of potassium tert-butoxide and trimethylsulfoxonium iodide; the resulting product is reacted with a sulfonyl compound and triethylamine; the resulting product is reacted with a compound of phthalimide; the resulting product is reacted with an amino group-containing compound, to obtain oxetan-2-ylmethanamine. The method according to the disclosure allows for an overall yield of not less than 30% in scale-up production (kilogram level), which is higher. Moreover, compared with the traditional method for preparing oxetan-2-ylmethanamine, a palladium-carbon catalytic hydrogenation step is not required, and dangerous chemical-sodium azide is not required in the method according to the disclosure.
