The present inventors have discovered peptides that function to target agents, such as viral vectors, to ocular cells. The present disclosure describes a method to utilize these novel peptides to direct, for example, viral capsids to the cell type of interest. In this instance, ocular cells (such as retinal cells) are targeted by the identified peptides. Vectors harboring capsid proteins modified to include such peptides can be used to provide therapeutic agents to the eye.

The frame is formed with electric conductive circuit. The light emitting diodes are mounted on the electric conductive portions of the frame by surface mount technology (SMT) process. Light rays emitted by the light emitting diodes can be transmitted in the light guide plate. When the frame is formed via the laser engraving process combining with electroplating process, the frame can be minimized.

The method includes vaporizing at least two catalyst precursors in separate vaporizers; supplying the at least two vaporized catalyst precursors to a reactor while preventing contact therebetween; and synthesizing an alloy catalyst in the reactor. The method can prepare an alloy catalyst through a one-step process unlike typical multi-step methods for preparing catalysts, and can prepare an alloy catalyst at a much lower temperature than the typical methods for preparing alloys, thereby enabling mass production and cost reduction.

Conductive pairs are located on the frame and extended out of the frame to form a first contact and a second contact. The side-emitting LEDs are assembled to the frame and electrically connected to the conductive pairs. The light guiding sheet covers on the hollowed portion. The side-emitting LEDs are assembled around the periphery of the light guiding sheet. The light guiding structure can be directly assembled on the circuit board and encompass the image capture device, and therefore an electronic device can be provided with a fingerprint recognizing sheet having the light guiding structure.
