    Abstract: The adjustable LED lens has a body having a light incident surface and a light-emitting surface respectively mounted on two opposite sides of the body. The light-emitting surface has a concave tapered surface. The adjustable LED lens is mounted on a holder. A distance between the adjustable LED lens and the holder is changeable. An LED is mounted on the holder, wherein a light generated by the LED passes through the light incident surface and the light-emitting surface of the body. The concave tapered surface of the light-emitting surface increases a light distribution angle to increase an illumination range and decrease a glare. The distance between the adjustable LED lens and the LED is changeable to adjust a light shape as desired.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a capacitor sensing circuit, comprising a driving unit, a switching unit, a differential integrator circuit, and a post-processing circuit. The driving unit is for providing driving signals and timing required by the capacitor sensing circuit, the switching unit switches signals according to two inverting timings, ?1 and ?2, the driving unit drives the capacitor sensing circuit, and together with the positive/negative input terminals of the differential integrator circuit, the signals are accumulated and integrated in both timing ?1 and ?2. The post-processing circuit receive the differential output of the differential integrator circuit for processing and/or utilizing the signals. The two timing signals are time-sharing signals in a period. Therefore, the capacitor sensing circuit is not effected by the common mode noise, and the accuracy and the sensibility are increased.

Since each fiber of the fiber module is capable of filtering out the unfocused light and stray lights and allowing the focused light pass therethrough a line slit, thereby minimizing potential interference from light cross talk caused by the overlapped light spots, not only can the present invention obtain the information of surface profile of the object with high vertical measurement resolution, but also achieve high lateral resolution during confocal measurement.

The sacrificial buffer material and semiconductor materials may be deposited using lattice-matching epitaxy or coincident site lattice-matching epitaxy, resulting in a close degree of lattice matching between the substrate material and deposited material for a wide variety of material compositions. The sacrificial buffer layer may be dissolved using an epitaxial liftoff technique in order to separate the semiconductor device from the spinel substrate, and the spinel substrate may be reused in the subsequent fabrication of other semiconductor devices.
