    Abstract: A semiconductor device module may include a leadframe spacer that provides the functions of both a leadframe and a spacer, while enabling a double-sided cooling configuration. Such a leadframe spacer may include a leadframe surface that provides a die attach pad (DAP) that is shared by at least two semiconductor devices. The leadframe spacer may include at least one downset, where the semiconductor devices may be attached within a recess defined by the at least one downset. A first substrate may be connected to a first side of the leadframe. A second substrate may be connected to downset surfaces of the at least one downset, and positioned for further connection to the semiconductor devices in a double-sided assembly.

In this way, the at least one sensing apparatus is placed on the outer surface of the gas-guide apparatus, since the measurement data is a relative value which indicates a change of internal environment of the gas-guide apparatus, this can also avoid a problem of contamination compared with setting a sensor inside a respiratory device, thus improving the security of the measurement.

    Abstract: An approach is described for a method, product, and apparatus for a machine learning process using weight sharing within a systolic array having reduced memory bandwidth. According to some embodiments, this approach includes providing a systolic array that includes processing elements which each have some number of storage elements for storing weights. For example, the weights can be reused for different data sets by identifying/capturing a current state of the storage elements, generating a plan to transition to a target state of those storage elements, and application of the transition plan such that weights that are already stored in those storage elements can be reused and/or relocate. This lowers the bandwidth requirements for weight memory by allowing weights that have previously been read into the systolic array to be reused.

In this way, additional code domain resources may provide more available time occasions as backup resources for HARQ feedback of sidelink transmission in unlicensed band, which may increase reliability of HARQ feedback transmission for sidelink communication in unlicensed spectrum.

    Abstract: Systems and methods may facilitate initial establishment and/or handover of an air-to-ground (ATG) communication link between an aircraft and a ground-based cellular communication network (e.g., a 5G network). The systems and methods may be particularly applicable for an aircraft having a user equipment (UE) antenna that uses narrow beamforming to connect to a cell of a base station (gNB). The UE identifies candidate cells based upon the location of the UE and locations and orientations of cells in the network, identifies a cell having a higher likelihood of connection success compare to other cells, and directs a beam to the chosen cell. The systems and methods may enable the UE to create neighbor lists in real time based upon the UE location, and may prevent blind searching normally associated with narrow beamforming methods.

    Abstract: Novel tools and techniques are provided for implementing a novel integrated programmable gain amplifier (“PGA”) and protection circuit. In various embodiments, a circuit is provided that comprises: a PGA, an analog-to-digital converter (“ADC”), and a protection circuit all disposed on the same semiconductor chip. The PGA is configured to receive as input a wireless signal received from an antenna and to output, at its output, an amplified wireless signal based on the wireless signal being amplified by a programmable gain amount. The protection circuit is configured to, in response to detecting a spike in gain at the output of the PGA that exceeds a threshold amplitude, control a decrease in the programmable gain amount to cause a resultant signal at the output of the PGA to be below the threshold amplitude. A normally-open switch may also be added at differential outputs of the PGA to further clamp PGA output.
