    Abstract: A DNA sequence encoding Der p1 protein having a particular base sequence is codon-optimized for the Pichia pastoris expression system, which is conducive to expressing Der p1 in Pichia pastoris. After gene optimization and adding an activating element to increase the expression of Der p1 in molecular level, it was found that Der p1 is expressed at a higher level as compared with the prior art and has biological activity similar to the natural protein.

In this application, the polyethylene glycol (PEG) is coupled to the N-terminal amino of 1 or 2 subunits of L-asparaginase, and the molecular weight of the PEG is 30-40 KDa. The PEG is preferably branched and has an aldehyde group serving as an activating group. The PEGylated asparaginase is useful in the preparation of anti-tumor drugs.

    Abstract: A plurality of circuit units of a matrix processor of a communication device are used to decompose a plurality of channel matrices, corresponding to a plurality of orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (OFDM) tones, over a plurality of cycles to determine matrix equalizer coefficients. Decomposing the plurality of channel matrices includes determining respective modes of operation for respective ones of the circuit units for respective ones of the cycles. The respective modes of operation are selected from a set of modes that includes at least one of a bypass mode for propagating input signals to output signals without altering the input signals and an idle mode for saving power when a particular circuit unit is not needed during a particular cycle. The respective circuit units are individually controlled to operate in the determined respective modes during the corresponding cycles. The determined matrix coefficients are then applied to received data signals.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to composite materials for tire, specifically to composite materials of tire sidewall rubber. A preparation method of the composite materials comprises the following steps of: plasticating rubber in an internal mixer, adding other component except for the sulfur powder and the accelerator to blend, lifting ram piston at 120˜125° C., discharging rubber at 150˜160° C. to obtain rubber compound, then mixing the rubber compound with the sulfur powder and the accelerator in open mill, rolling for 4˜5 times and milling for 5˜8 times to obtain product. The composite materials of the present invention not only meet the requirements of basic mechanical properties of the sidewall rubber, but also obviously improve thermo-oxidative aging resistance and ultraviolet aging resistance of the sidewall rubber, and thereby effectively prolong the service life of the tire.

Firstly, the Cuckoo Sandbox is used to analyze the malicious software to acquire three kinds of character string features, which are the static feature of the software, resource assess record during operation and API; And then the character strings are disassembled, filtered and sorted and the TLSH algorithm is used to compress them into three groups of feature values with size of 70 characters; Finally the OPTICS algorithm is utilized to realize the automatic classification on the malicious software family. This invention adopts unsupervised learning methods, which does not need the manual tab for the training in advance. The features which are extracted are compressed and expressed by using the TLSH.
