Abstract: A system and method for transferring power includes a power transmitting unit for transmitting power and a power receiving unit for receiving power from the power transmitting unit. The power transmitting unit may be positioned outside a human body and the power receiving unit is located on an intrabody instrument adapted to be movable from the outside of the human body to inside the human body. The intrabody instrument may be a medical instrument connected to or incorporated within a robotic arm. The power transmitting unit may wirelessly transfer power to the power receiving unit in a continuous, non-interrupted manner.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an antenna module for an insert type antenna module for a portable terminal and a method for manufacturing the same. More specifically, the method for manufacturing an insert type antenna module for a portable terminal comprises an antenna radiation part manufacture step wherein an antenna core is manufactured, the antenna core being engaged by an insert so that an antenna radiation part configured in a predetermined shape selected between a plane shape and a curved shape with at least one axis by cutting and bending a conductive metal sheet is exposed toward an outer surface of one side, wherein in the antenna radiation part manufacture step, in the core forming mold is disposed an antenna support protrusion maintaining a gap for the sake of a thickness development of the antenna core.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method for obtaining a human-face feature vector from a video image sequence, comprising: detecting a same human-face image in a plurality of image frames of the video sequence; dividing the detected human-face image into a plurality of local patches with a predetermined size, wherein each local patch is around or near a human-face feature point; determining a correspondence relationship between respective local patches of the same human-face image in the plurality of image frames of the video sequence; and using human-face local feature vector components extracted from respective local patches having a mutual correspondence relationship to form human-face local feature vectors representing facial points corresponding to the local patches. Besides, the present invention further provides an apparatus for obtaining a human-face feature vector from a video image sequence and a corresponding computer program product.

Abstract: A method, apparatus and computer program product for an improved facial recognition system are provided. Some embodiments may utilize a weighted block division of an image and capture a property measurement for pixels residing within a block. The measurements may be converted to vectors, compressed, and compared against compressed vectors of enrolled images to identify a characteristic or an image of a matching subject. Training processes may be utilized in order to optimize block divisions and weights.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for producing wheat glutamine peptide using wheat gluten powder as raw material, belonging to the fields of food and biotechnology. The method includes the steps of: performing enzymolysis in two steps using Alcalase and papain with the wheat gluten powder as raw material, to obtain the wheat glutamine peptide with components with molecular weight of less than 1000 Da being more than 90%, characteristic glutamine peptide segment glutamine-arginine-glutamine (Gln-Arg-Gln, QRQ) content being more than 2.0% and glutamine content being up to 23.54% by treating the enzymatic hydrolysate by centrifugation, ultrafiltration, concentration, spray drying, etc. The produced glutamine peptide can be used as functional nutrition composition ingredient in the development and production of ordinary foods, health foods and medicines.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for producing antihypertensive active peptides with corn germ protein as the material. The method comprises an alkali-heat treatment and continuous enzymolysis of the corn germ protein. The components with molecular weight less than 1000 Da in the active peptides obtained according to the present method account for more than 92%, and alanine-tyrosine (Ala-Tyr, AY) as the characteristic peptide fragments in the antihypertensive peptides accounts for more than 0.6%, so that the active peptides have a good ACE inhibitory activity in vitro as well as stability against temperature, pH and major gastrointestinal digestive enzymes, and have a significant effect of lowering blood pressure on spontaneous hypertension rats in vivo. The active peptides can be applied as a new functional nutrient to development and production of food, health food and pharmaceutical.

At least two containers (warehouses) comprise a center warehouse with a first blocking portion and a left warehouse with a second blocking portion. A sliding member includes a flange. The sliding member can be in a a first position or in a second position. In the first position, the flange abuts the second blocking portion and is disengaged from the first blocking portion, allowing the center warehouse to be moved out of the rack but so preventing the left warehouse from also moving out of the rack. In the second position, the flange abuts the first blocking portion and is disengaged from the second blocking portion, allowing the left warehouse to be moved out of the rack but so preventing the right warehouse from also moving out of the rack.
