    Abstract: Uterine peristalsis imaging (UPI) can provide objective, quantitative measures of uterine peristalsis (UP). Unlike other modalities, the contractile activity seen during UP can be quantitatively measured and reliably observed with UPI. With 3D accuracy, which takes into consideration the individual's unique uterine anatomy, the site of initiation and termination of the contraction are mapped along with the characterization of the direction, duration, and magnitude of the contractile forces. Novel peristalsis indices were developed for quantitative characterization of uterine contractile patterns. This includes measuring the duration and magnitude of UP. This assessment can be performed in a noninvasive way with little patient discomfort for a prolonged period.

Heartbeat packets from the primary appliance received via a regular heartbeat interface of the backup appliance and monitored the backup appliance to determine whether the connection with the primary appliance via the regular heartbeat interface is stable. A backup heartbeat interface on the backup appliance is enabled in response to a determination that the primary appliance is not operating properly resulting from analyzing at least a status of the heartbeat packets from the primary appliance. A backup heartbeat packet is transmitted from the backup appliance to at least the regular heartbeat interface of the primary appliance in response to a determination that the primary appliance is not operating properly. Services are provided with the backup appliance to replace services previously provided by the primary appliance.

    Abstract: A high-sulfur petroleum coke-based sulfur self-doped mesoporous carbon-supported Fe-TM bimetallic alloy catalyst, and a preparation method and use thereof are provided. The catalyst is an Fe-TM solid-solution alloy material supported on sulfur self-doped mesoporous carbon, formed by calcination under an inert atmosphere and reduction calcination under a hydrogen atmosphere after activation of high-sulfur petroleum coke by potassium ferrate. The catalyst can significantly reduce the peak dehydrogenation temperature of magnesium-based materials by 80 to 110 K. The catalytic effect is comparable to that of catalysts prepared by conventional routes, but the catalyst exhibits remarkable cost-effectiveness and environmental advantages, demonstrating the significant industrialization potential of high-sulfur petroleum coke in the field of hydrogen storage.
