    Abstract: A spinning solution, a heat-resistant creep-resistant fiber and preparation method therefor are provided. The spinning solution includes a polyethylene, a solvent and a photoinitiator, and the content of the photoinitiator is 0.2 wt %-10 wt % of the mass of the polyethylene; gel-spinning and multi-stage drafting the spinning solution; then performing ultraviolet irradiation by an ultraviolet light source to obtain a heat-resistant creep-resistant polyethylene fiber; the light intensity and the time of the ultraviolet light source is 100 W/cm2-5000 W/cm2 and 10 s-600 s, respectively; the gel content and the crystallinity of the heat-resistant creep-resistant polyethylene fiber is 20 wt %-100 wt % and 50 wt %-90 wt %, respectively; the creep rate of the fiber is 10?8 s?1-10?7 s?1 under conditions of a temperature of 70° C. and a load of 300 MPa; the fracture temperature of the fiber is 155° C.-245° C. under conditions of a load of 15 MPa and a heating rate of 2° C./min.

A display may have an active area with pixels that includes non-spline pixels in a non-spline display portion located above a straight edge of the display and spline pixel in a spline display portion located above a curved edge of the display.

    Abstract: A method for preparing isophorone diisocyanate by (1) reacting isophorone with hydrogen cyanide in the presence of a catalyst to obtain isophorone nitrile; (2) reacting the isophorone nitrile obtained in step (1) with ammonia gas and hydrogen in the presence of a catalyst to obtain isophorone diamine; and (3) subjecting the isophorone diamine to a phosgenation reaction to obtain the isophorone diisocyanate, wherein the content of impurities containing a secondary amine group in the isophorone diamine that undergoes the phosgenation reaction in step (3) is ?0.5 wt. The method reduces the content of hydrolyzed chlorine in the isophorone diisocyanate product, improves the yellowing resistance of the product, and the harm due to presence of hydrolyzed chlorine in the product is reduced.

Based on capabilities of the packet processor offload and available resources, a packet processing offload destination is selected. The packet processor offload is downloaded to the packet processing offload destination to configure the packet processing offload destination to provide the network function packet processing on the data packets that belong to the data flow. The packet processing offload destination is a PNIC or a hypervisor.

Also provided are polynucleotide sequences encoding engineered transaminase polypeptides, engineered host cells capable of expressing engineered transaminase polypeptides, and methods of producing chiral amine compounds using engineered transaminase polypeptides. Compared to other enzymes, the engineered transaminase polypeptides provided by this invention have better catalytic activity and stability, and are not inhibited by chiral amine products in the synthesis process. The use of the engineered polypeptides of the present invention for the preparation of chiral amine compound results in higher unit activity, and has good industrial application prospects.

The preparation method includes the following steps: (1) hydrolyzing a loach protein with proteases to obtain an enzymatic hydrolysis product; (2) separating the enzymatic hydrolysis product using an ultrafiltration membrane, and taking a component with a molecular weight less than 3 kilodalton (kDa); and (3) filtering and separating the component with the molecular weight less than 3 kDa by Sephadex G-15 to obtain the oligopeptide. The oligopeptide is derived from the loach protein and has the characteristics of high safety, high efficiency, and wide sources.
