    Abstract: Semiconductor structure and method for fabricating a semiconductor structure are provided. A substrate including device regions and an isolation region located adjacent to and between the device regions is provided. A fin on the substrate, gate structures across the fin at the device regions, source/drain doped regions in the fin at two sides of each of the gate structures, and a sacrificial gate across the fin at the isolation region are provided. The sacrificial gate and a portion of the fin near a bottom of the sacrificial gate are removed, thus forming a first opening in the fin. An insulation structure in the first opening is formed. Two sides of the sacrificial gate are in contact with the source/drain doped regions at adjacent device regions. A top surface of the insulation structure is flush with or higher than top surfaces of the source/drain doped regions.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a rotor assembly and a consequent-pole motor, and the rotor assembly includes an iron core and a plurality of permanent magnets. The iron core is provided with a plurality of mounting grooves for accommodating permanent magnets distributed along a circumferential direction of the iron core. One side of each of the mounting grooves adjacent to an end of an outer edge of the iron core is provided with a second air slot which is located in a consequent-pole region. The second air slot is communicated with the mounting groove. The second air slot can, on one hand, prevent magnetic lines emitted from the permanent magnet from short-circuiting through an end of the permanent magnet, so as to decrease the magnetic flux leakage, and on the other hand, adjust an orientation of the magnetic lines in the consequent-pole region, so as to weaken torque fluctuation.

A specific implementation is that: when a cloud server receives a structured query language SQL query statement, which is sent by a client and used to indicate target data that needs to be obtained, the cloud server does not directly issue all data to the client, but first generates an abstract structured syntax tree corresponding to the SQL query statement; and screens all stored data according to the abstract structured syntax tree to obtain the target data; and then sends the target data to the client. Compared with the prior art, in which all data are issued to client, the amount of issued data is effectively reduced, thereby reducing network resources consumed by the cloud server.
