Abstract: Computer servers configured to perform digital image processing are discloses herein. In one embodiment, upon receiving a transcription command, a computer server performs text recognition based on patterns in a digital image to generate digital text data corresponding to the digital image. The computer server can then determine a content format of the digital text data based on the imported digital image and automatically apply the determined content format to the generated digital text data. The digital data can then be inserted into an electronic document.

Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and systems are disclosed to drive a transistor. Abstract: A discontinuous reception method, a terminal, and a network device are provided. The method includes: obtaining, by a terminal, discontinuous reception DRX parameter information corresponding to configuration parameter information supported by the terminal; and enabling DRX by using the obtained DRX parameter information. The method is applied to a communications system, the communications system supports N groups of configuration parameters, and each group of configuration parameters is corresponding to a group of discontinuous reception DRX parameters. A DRX parameter is corresponding to a configuration parameter, and the DRX parameter is adaptively and flexibly adjusted when the configuration parameter is flexibly adjusted based on a service in a network, so that the terminal is better balanced between a latency and power consumption, and the terminal can better adapt to a communications network with a larger system capacity, a lower latency, higher network reliability, and better network availability.

Abstract: A messaging system configured for recommending messages is provided. The messaging system machine trains a prediction model associated with a user based on past review and response times for past messages. During runtime, the messaging system generates a predicted user action time for each new message based on the prediction model and tags each new message with a corresponding predicted user action time. Based on an amount of available time, the predicted user action time for each new message, and importance for each new message, the messaging system determines a recommended set of new messages that the user should read and respond to during the available time, whereby a sum of the predicted user action time of the recommended set of new messages is equal to or less than the available time. The recommended set of new messages are visually distinguished for the user.

Abstract: A user equipment (UE) expedites cell reselection by reselecting a neighbor cell prior to call setup. In one instance, the UE measures a signal quality of a serving cell and a signal quality of the neighbor cell. The UE starts a reselection timer for reselecting the neighbor cell based on the measured signal quality of the serving cell and the measured signal quality of the neighbor cell. The UE reselects the neighbor cell prior to a scheduled expiration of the reselection timer.
