    Abstract: A chromatic confocal range sensor optical pen comprises a housing, an in/out optical fiber, a chromatically dispersive lens configuration, a reflected light dividing configuration comprising a lower NA zone and a higher NA zone, and a camera portion. The lens configuration is configured to receive source light from the optical fiber and output focused source light to a workpiece surface with axial chromatic dispersion, and receive reflected light from the workpiece surface and focus at least a portion of the reflected light to the fiber aperture. The reflected light dividing configuration is arranged to divide the reflected light into a measurement portion and an imaging portion. In some embodiments, the lower NA zone directs the imaging portion along an imaging optical path to the image detector, and the higher NA zone directs the measurement portion along a measurement optical path to a point proximate to the fiber aperture.

    Abstract: A rain-test resistant, high-vapor-permeable, water-repellent and water-resistant manufacturing process for making such fabrics is provided. It is used in the dyeing and finishing process of fabric in which the fabric is treated with the treatment roller, knife roller, and spray methods. These combined methods can coat water-repellent agent on the fabric and form a very thin film on the fabric. This protective film on the fabric enhances the wash resistance of the fabric while it will not adversely affect the water repellence and water resistance of the fabric. Moreover, this technique of forming a very thin water-repellent film on the fabric rules out the conventional method with which the water-repellent agent dipped within the fabric structure is easily washed out with regular laundry of the fabric due to the lesser amount of the agent being attached onto the fabric.

    Abstract: A catalyst which can catalyze ring-addition reaction of CO2 and an alkylene oxide at 0˜180° C. under 0.1˜8.0 MPa to produce a corresponding cyclic carbonate, and the preparation thereof. The catalyst is a conjugated microporous macromolecule polymer complexed with cobalt, chromium, zinc, copper or aluminium, and by using the macromolecule catalyst complexed with different metals to catalyze the reaction of CO2 and alkylene oxide at normal temperature and normal pressure, a yield of the corresponding cyclic carbonate of 35%-90% can be obtained. The catalyst is easy to recover and the re-use of the catalyst has no influence on the yield; additionally, the yield can reach over 90% by controlling the reaction conditions.

In an aspect, the method may include receiving an SRNS RELOCATION message and initiating a handover procedure from a first radio network subsystem (RNS) to a second RNS based on the SRNS RELOCATION message. The method may include identifying a downlink (DL) message and identifying an uplink (UL) message. The method may include holding the DL message and the UL message at a radio resource control (RRC) layer until completion of the handover procedure. In another aspect, the SRNS RELOCATION message may include a new FRESH value. The method may include retaining an old FRESH value determined before the SRNS RELOCATION was received. The method may include applying both the old FRESH value and new FRESH value to the DL message to determine if the DL message is valid.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a process for preparing 5-aminosalicylic acid by gas phase catalytic carboxylation, characterized in that carbon dioxide is introduced into a system of p-acetaminophenol and a basic compound at a temperature of 150° C.˜220° C. and a pressure of 0.5˜5.0 MPa in the presence of a catalyst, so as to carry out a gas phase catalytic carboxylation reaction to form a 5-aminosalicylate, and the crude product 5-aminosalicylate is separated, and then acidified to prepare 5-aminosalicylic acid (5-ASA). Since the gas phase catalytic reaction replaces a solid phase thermo-chemical reaction, the reaction is significantly improved in terms of the process flow, reaction conditions, product quality and energy consumption. In addition, the reaction has a short reaction time, good selectivity, high yield and no formation of wastes during the reaction, and is suitable for industrial production.
