    Abstract: The present disclosure proposes a user resource reservation method and apparatus, an access point, and a network server. The user resource reservation method includes: predicting a next access point that is to be reached by a user; and sending resource reservation designating information to the access point, so that the access point reserves a resource for the user according to the resource reservation designating information. In embodiments of the present disclosure, a next access point that is to be reached by a user is predicted and the access point is instructed to reserve a resource for the user, that is, a next access point is instructed in advance to reserve an appropriate resource for the user, so that the user is successfully handed over to a network, and a probability of successful handover of the user to the network increases, thereby improving user experience.

The optical portion outputs the spatially modulated scale light to form a primary interference fringe pattern with a primary fringe pitch PPF. The detector portion comprises at least N respective detector elements positioned to detect N respective spatial phases of the periodic spatially modulated fringe pattern, where N is an integer that is at least three, and each respective detector element has a width dimension DW that is at least as large the primary fringe pitch PPF along a direction of the fringe displacement.

    Abstract: A method and apparatus for reducing call drop rate by validating reconfiguration messages based on service data unit (SDU) lifetime are described. A receiving device, such as a user equipment, may determine a receiving delay between receiving a first protocol data unit (PDU) and receiving a last PDU of a reconfiguration message SDU. The receiving delay may be compared with an SDU lifetime. The reconfiguration message SDU may be validated based on the comparison of the receiving delay with the SDU lifetime. A receiving delay that is greater than the SDU lifetime may indicate that the SDU is stale and, therefore, invalid. A receiving delay that is less than the SDU lifetime may indicate that the timing of the SDU is valid and the reconfiguration message SDU is to be processed. An activation time of the reconfiguration message SDU may also be honored or disregarded based on the receiving delay.

    Abstract: A rain-test resistant, high-vapor-permeable, water-repellent and water-resistant manufacturing process for making such fabrics is provided. It is used in the dyeing and finishing process of fabric in which the fabric is treated with the treatment roller, knife roller, and spray methods. These combined methods can coat water-repellent agent on the fabric and form a very thin film on the fabric. This protective film on the fabric enhances the wash resistance of the fabric while it will not adversely affect the water repellence and water resistance of the fabric. Moreover, this technique of forming a very thin water-repellent film on the fabric rules out the conventional method with which the water-repellent agent dipped within the fabric structure is easily washed out with regular laundry of the fabric due to the lesser amount of the agent being attached onto the fabric.

    Abstract: A catalyst which can catalyze ring-addition reaction of CO2 and an alkylene oxide at 0˜180° C. under 0.1˜8.0 MPa to produce a corresponding cyclic carbonate, and the preparation thereof. The catalyst is a conjugated microporous macromolecule polymer complexed with cobalt, chromium, zinc, copper or aluminium, and by using the macromolecule catalyst complexed with different metals to catalyze the reaction of CO2 and alkylene oxide at normal temperature and normal pressure, a yield of the corresponding cyclic carbonate of 35%-90% can be obtained. The catalyst is easy to recover and the re-use of the catalyst has no influence on the yield; additionally, the yield can reach over 90% by controlling the reaction conditions.

The method may include identifying a downlink (DL) message and identifying an uplink (UL) message. The method may include holding the DL message and the UL message at a radio resource control (RRC) layer until completion of the handover procedure. In another aspect, the SRNS RELOCATION message may include a new FRESH value. The method may include retaining an old FRESH value determined before the SRNS RELOCATION was received. The method may include applying both the old FRESH value and new FRESH value to the DL message to determine if the DL message is valid.
