    Abstract: The embodiments herein relate to a method performed by a Control Plane (CP) function for handling a credit pool comprising granted service units to be used by multiple services. The multiple services are grouped in at least one first Rating Group (RG). The CP function creates an individual Usage Reporting Rule (URR) for each of the at least one first RG. Each individual URR comprises a first credit pool threshold. The CP function provides the individual URRs to a User Plane (UP) function. The CP function creates a Usage Reporting Rule for the Credit Pool (URR CRPL). The URR CRPL comprises instructions to the UP function to aggregate service unit usage for all individual URRs for all first RGs. The URR CRPL further comprises the first credit pool threshold. The CP function provides the URR CRPL to the UP function.

    Abstract: A method for dynamically managing power consumption, as well as a wake-up method, is disclosed for a wireless weighing platform. The method is initialized by setting both light and deep sleep period, entering a normal operating state, and starting light sleep timing. As long as no weighing operation is detected and the light sleep period has not expired, the method seeks to detect the weighing operation. If the light sleep period expires with no weighing operation, a light sleep state is entered, by turning off a communication function and starting timing for the deep sleep period. If no weighing is when the deep sleep period has expired, the wireless weighing platform enters a deep sleep state, by turning off power supply other than that for an acceleration sensor. If the acceleration sensor detects an effective vibration while in the deep sleep state, the normal operating state is restarted.

The antenna structure includes a top layer, a gap waveguide structure, a microstrip structure, and a bottom layer. The top layer is parallel to the bottom layer. A first metal layer and a second metal layer are laid on two sides of a dielectric layer of the top layer, and the microstrip structure is disposed on the second metal layer. A frame of the microstrip structure is separated from metal of the second metal layer by leaving a space. The foregoing special antenna structure can reduce a transmission loss, improve a coupling capability, and effectively improve transmission efficiency of energy or an electromagnetic wave.

    Abstract: The present application discloses a polyhydroxy aromatic intermediate, preparation thereof and use thereof in a polycondensate water-reducer with branched side chains. The polycondensate water-reducer with branched side chains has a branched side chain structure which provides a stronger steric hindrance. The synergistic effect of the branched side chains and the rigid skeleton of the aromatic ring greatly improves the water-reducing ability. Especially under a condition of low water/cement ratio, the improvement in water-reducing ability is more obvious. The branched polyether side chain is more conducive to the formation of a thicker water film layer, which has an obvious viscosity reduction effect. The conformation of the branched polyether side chain is less affected by different ionic environments in the pore solution in cement, and thus has a stronger adaptability to various raw materials.

    Abstract: A method for controlling tobacco bacterial wilt and an application of NaHS in controlling the tobacco bacterial wilt are provided by the present disclosure, and the disclosure belongs to the technical field of plant disease control. By measuring the growth effect of Ralstonia solanacearum in tobacco through plate and shake bottle experiments, the disclosure finds the NaHS has an inhibiting effect on the growth of the pathogen of bacterial wilt; and the influence of different concentration of NaHS on the incidence of bacterial wilt in tobacco is detected, and the result also shows that NaHS has a good effect on resisting bacterial wilt in tobacco. The disclosure finds and proves for the first time that NaHS is an effective antibacterial substance against bacterial wilt and provides a new method for prevention and controlling of the tobacco bacterial wilt.

The method comprises steps crushing tea leaves and soaking the crushed tea leaves in a solvent to obtain a tea suspension; subjecting the tea suspension to distillation under reduced pressure to obtain a tea aroma extract and a remaining tea pulp; filtering the tea pulp to obtain a tea soup, and subjecting the tea soup to concentration under reduced pressure and filtering the tea soup to obtain a filtrate; adsorbing the filtrate with macroporous adsorption resin, then adding food-grade anhydrous alcohol, letting the resultant mixture stand, separating solid from the mixture and drying the solid to obtain a tea theanine extract; and mixing the tea aroma extract and the tea theanine extract with Chinese baijiu to obtain the tea wine. The tea wine as obtained has both tea aroma and wine aroma, and also has an improved intoxication tolerance time.
