Abstract: Embodiments of 3D memory devices having an inter-deck plug and methods for forming the same are disclosed. In an example, a 3D memory device includes a substrate, a first memory deck including interleaved conductor and dielectric layers above the substrate, a second memory deck including interleaved conductor and dielectric layers above the first memory deck, and a first and a second channel structure each extending vertically through the first or second memory deck. The first channel structure includes a first memory film and semiconductor channel along a sidewall of the first channel structure, and an inter-deck plug in an upper portion of the first channel structure and in contact with the first semiconductor channel. A lateral surface of the inter-deck plug is smooth. The second channel structure includes a second memory film and semiconductor channel along a sidewall of the second channel structure. The second semiconductor channel is in contact with the inter-deck plug.

Abstract: The invention provides a UV illumination device for sterilizing and disinfecting a desired item or area. The device is having a built-in camera and UV light source in order to disinfect and sterilize the desired item or area. The device automatically detects the human presence and the acts as a normal household light and can be fit inside the conventional light bulb or tube light holder. Further, the device uses an artificial intelligence module, object detection module, machine learning module, localization module, and a plurality of sensors to easily detect the application area and act according to parameters of a particular item. Furthermore, the device can be manually controlled by using a remote device which is having a display where the user can select, identify, prioritize the items and can adjust the time and intensity of the light projection based upon his/her own intellect.

Abstract: A system for analyzing a sample includes an inspection sub-system and at least one controller. The inspection sub-system is configured to scan a sample to collect a first plurality of sample images having a first image resolution. The controller is configured to generate a defect list based on the first plurality of sample images. The controller is further configured to input images corresponding to the defect list into a neural network that is trained with source data including sample images having the first image resolution and sample images having a second image resolution higher than the first image resolution. The controller is further configured to generate a second plurality of sample images with the neural network based on the images corresponding to the defect list, where the second plurality of sample images have the second image resolution and correspond to the defect list.

One method comprises: acquiring an error value between a monitored parameter and a set parameter of a plant growth environment; adjusting a proportional gain, an integral gain, and a differential gain of a PID controller using a Q-Learning Algorithm; and outputting a control command that minimizes the error value based on the error value and the adjusted proportional gain, integral gain, and differential gain.

Abstract: A method for diagnosing faults in products of one type includes determining a fault type of the products and all of the underlying reasons for the fault which correspond to the fault type. A probability of each underlying reason is calculated and a decision tree is constructed, a root node of the decision tree being the determined fault type and all the underlying reasons being child nodes of the root node. When the decision tree is solved, the underlying reasons for the fault of that type of product can be presented.
