  • Patent number: 10316314
Abstract: A nucleic acid extraction method includes the following steps. Firstly, a mixture of a sample and a lysis buffer is provided. The pH of the lysis buffer is lower than 7. Then, the mixture of the sample and the lysis buffer is transferred to a nucleic acid catching chamber containing chitosan coating material, so that nucleic acid of the sample is bound to the chitosan coating material. Then, the chitosan coating material is washed with at least one wash buffer, thereby removing residual protein and cell debris. Then, the chitosan coating material is eluted with an elution buffer while heating the chitosan coating material, so that the nucleic acid is separated from the chitosan coating material. The pH of the elution buffer is higher than 7.

  • Patent number: 10318403
Abstract: A method, and associated computer system and computer program product. A change of runtime code is detected by one or more processors of the computer system. The change is detected in a debugging session on a first machine. The runtime code is obtained from source code that is developed on a second machine that is different from the first machine. In response to the change being detected, a portion of the source code associated with the detected change is determined, by the one or more processors, based on a profile. The profile indicates a mapping between the source code and the runtime code. The portion of the source code is caused, by the one or more processors, to be updated based on the detected change in the runtime code.

  • Patent number: 10311757
Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of data hiding, in particular to a data hiding method and a data hiding system. An image is used as a data carrier; after secret data is converted into a bit sequence by a sending end, the values of each bit in the bit sequence are hidden in the image; the image hidden with the secret data is obtained and is sent to a receiving end; and the receiving end can extract the hidden secret data from the image according to a corresponding secret key. During data hiding, each square image block can hide two-bit data through inverse number odd-even properties of a pixel gray value sequence of two diagonal lines of each square image block, so that the volume of data hidden in the image is twice of the number of the image blocks split by the image.

  • Publication number: 20190135018
Abstract: An anti-counterfeiting pattern having an optically variable structure, comprising lithographic lines and gravure blind embossed relief lines printed on a carrier. The lithographic lines are a set of lithographic curve lines having a curvature, the widths of the lithographic curve lines changing from thick to thin, or thin to thick. The gravure blind embossed relief lines are a set of curve lines corresponding to the lithographic lines, and having the same curvature. The relief lines are overprinted on the lithographic lines with a width variation identical to that of said lithographic lines. Accurate overprinting of the two printing types forms a curved relief structure wherein the width of the lines changes continuously. When a printed product is rotated and observed, a continuously variable optical effect will be seen, which is visual, readily to identify, anti-copying and difficult to forgery.
