  • Publication number: 20140137399
Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing a separator for nonaqueous electrolyte electricity storage devices. The method allows: avoidance of use of a solvent that places a large load on the environment; and relatively easy control of parameters such as the porosity and the pore diameter. The production method of the present invention includes the steps of: preparing an epoxy resin composition containing an epoxy resin, a curing agent, and a porogen; forming a cured product of the epoxy resin composition into a sheet shape or curing a sheet-shaped formed body of the epoxy resin composition, so as to obtain an epoxy resin sheet; removing the porogen from the epoxy resin sheet by means of a halogen-free solvent so as to form a porous epoxy resin membrane; and drying the porous epoxy resin membrane by heat-roll drying.

  • Patent number: 8646888
Abstract: An ink cartridge has a label portion on a wall surface of one periphery of a case forming an ink accommodating unit. The label unit has a lamination structure in which a plurality of layers with different properties and states are laminated, and includes an optical functional layer that allows light (first wavelength of light) with a predetermined wavelength to pass and an optical reflective layer that reflects the first wavelength of light, and the optical reflective layer is a surface side of the case. When the optical reflective layer is heated from a thermal head of a heating unit directed to the label portion, the optical reflective layer irreversibly raises absorptivity of the first wavelength of light with respect to a received range.

  • Publication number: 20130319094
Abstract: A seal member (60) has a dual-tube structure consisting of an outer tubular seal member (160a) and an inner tubular seal member (160b); the outer tubular seal member (160a) is welded, at its rear end portion, to the inner circumferential surface of a forward-end housing (131), thereby forming a housing-side joint W2; the inner tubular seal member (160b) is welded, at its forward end portion, to a forward end portion of the outer tubular seal member (160a), thereby forming an inter-tubular-seal-member joint W3; and the inner tubular seal member (160b) is welded, at its portion located rearward of the joint W3, to the outer circumferential surface of the heater (10), thereby forming a heater-side joint W1. An action of pressing the heater forward is effected on the basis of an axial dimension L1 between the joints W2 and W1 shorter than an axial dimension between the joints W2 and W3 and is, therefore, mitigated.

  • Patent number: 8585194
Abstract: An ink cartridge has a label portion on a wall surface of one periphery of a case forming an ink accommodating unit. The label unit has an optical functional layer that allows a predetermined wavelength of light to pass, an optical dispersion layer that includes hollow bodies, and an optical absorptive layer that absorbs the first wavelength of light, which are laminated in this order, and the optical absorptive layer is a surface side of the case. When the optical reflective layer is heated from a heating unit directed to the label portion at a temperature of damaging the hollow bodies, the dispersion of the light is suppressed by the damage to the hollow bodies, and the transmittance of the wavelength of light is irreversibly raised.
