The reverse gate includes a first member and a second member. The first member includes a downward opening and a pair of lateral openings open to the right and left when the reverse gate is positioned in the neutral position. The second member covers at least a portion of the downward opening when the reverse gate is positioned in the neutral position.

The guide members extend in the direction of movement of a bag, and an expected sealing area of the bag passes between the guide members. The guide members extend gradually upward and the space therebetween gradually decreases as the distance from the upstream side increases toward the downstream side in the direction of movement of the bag.
