    Abstract: A hybrid circuit board includes an insulate molding layer having a first surface and a second surface which is opposite to the first surface, a solder mask layer on the first surface, a conductive patterned layer on the first surface and embedded in the solder mask layer, and a plurality of conductive pillars embedded in the insulate molding layer. The thickness of the conductive patterned layer is substantially equal to the thickness of the solder mask layer. Each of conductive pillars has a first end electrically connected to the conductive patterned layer and a second end exposing to the insulated molding layer. The hybrid circuit board is cheap and can effectively avoid the warping of semiconductor packaging structure. A method for making the hybrid circuit board and a semiconductor packaging structure using the hybrid circuit board are also provided.

    Abstract: The present invention is to provide a resonance circuit, which is applicable to a circuit board of a first electronic device provided thereon with a circuit layout, a high-speed connector (e.g., a USB 3.0 connector) at a lateral side of the circuit layout for connecting with a second electronic device, and an antenna for enabling the circuit board to receive and transmit wireless information at a predetermined frequency. The connector and antenna are respectively connected to first and second connecting points of the circuit layout, and the distance between the two connecting points is not less than one wavelength. The resonance circuit is connected to a third connecting point of the circuit layout provided between the above two connecting points, such that the resonance frequency of the resonance circuit covers the reception and transmission frequencies of the antenna, for effectively inhibiting interference between the connector and the antenna.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a mobile device including a motor module, a heat dissipation module, a vibration module and an electric brush module. The motor module has a rotating shaft driven by the motor module and two ends of which stick out from the motor module. The heat dissipation module includes a fan unit fixed on one end of the rotating shaft. The vibration module includes a vibration cam and an electromagnetic coil disposed on the vibration cam. The vibration cam is loosely fitted and disposed on the other end of the rotating shaft. The electric brush module is disposed inside the mobile device corresponding to the electromagnetic coil. When electrified, the electric brush module excites the electromagnetic coil generating a magnetic force to adhere and rotate with the rotating shaft synchronously. Herewith the effects of effective heat dissipation and saving interior space of the mobile device are achieved.

Thereby, an additional cycle of ID code printing operations can be carried out in the present disclosure as compared to the prior art, which can increase the number of times of ID code printing under the conventional tact time conditions and improve the utilization factor of the production line.
