The first portion includes a gliding member having a plurality of second positioning elements corresponding to a plurality of first positioning elements, and each second positioning element includes a fixing element for fixing the gliding member in the first portion and restricting the moving direction of the gliding member, and the gliding member includes a first panel that slides with the gliding member. The second portion includes a second panel having a plurality of third embedding elements and a plurality of fourth embedding elements embedded with each other, and the second portion includes a plurality of first embedding elements and a plurality of second embedding elements, such that the first panel can be pushed to form a gap for replacing the second panel.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a hydrophilic surface structure of the non-hydrophilic substrate and the manufacturing method for using the same. The hydrophilic substrate surface structure is fabricated by forming an amphiphilic polymer layer, a cross-linked stacking layer, and a hydrophilic layer in sequence on the surface of a non-hydrophilic substrate. For example, the hydrophobic surface of poly(dimethylsiloxane) (PDMS) can be made from hydrophobic to hydrophilic and the hydrophilicity can be retained for a long period of time and resist protein adsorption. The hydrophilic thin films give long term stability to the PDMS surface by resisting hydrophobicity recovery, which is the major problem with PDMS. The disclosed method can further be used in the immobilization of protein and other molecules. This method can also be used for modifying other substrates which suffer problems of surface instability.

    Abstract: Roughly described, a floating gate memory cell is fabricated by forming an oxide-nitride dielectric layer above a floating gate of the memory cell and in an oxide growth region not above a floating gate. The nitride layer is removed in the oxide growth region using a mask that protects the nitride layer above the floating gate, and then the bottom oxide layer is removed in the oxide growth region using a wet etch that does not affect the nitride remaining above the floating gate. First and second oxide layers are then formed both above the floating gate and in the oxide growth region, to act as the top layer of ONO above the floating gate and as the gate oxide in the oxide growth region. One of the first and second oxide layers is formed using in-situ steam generation.

    Abstract: A process for producing high speed transmitting dielectric materials comprises essentially mixing and reacting a proportion of polyphenylene ether (PPE) with a proportion of an epoxy resin of the type of low bromine content in a non-polar solvent in the presence of a catalyst in a reactor at a temperature of 90° C. to 220° C., characterized in that, in the course of the reaction, PPE needs not to be cleaved into small molecules and in stead, can mix and react directly with the epoxy resin to thereby produce a high speed transmitting dielectric material. The process of the invention can reduce greatly the synthetic reaction time, and is applicable in the production of the material useful in printed circuit board for wireless communication, base station and the like.

    Abstract: An ignition enhancement device for enhancing ignition efficiency of car engine is installed between a high voltage wire and a spark plug. The ignition enhancement device has a capacitor. Two sides of the capacitor are connected to two metal conductive rods. An insulating sleeve encloses the capacitor; and two sides of the insulating sleeve are formed with two insertion holes. An outer wall of each of the two sides of the insulting sleeve has an annular slot; and two ends of the capacitor being covered by waterproof rubbers. When the engine is actuated, the capacitor serves to store the current from the high voltage wire. When the capacitor saturates, electrons are charged to the spark plug simultaneously so as to enlarge the current to have the effect of enhancing the discharge of the current. Thus, the ignition can be enhanced and the fuel is burnt completely.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of cover layer of optical information storage media is disclosed. A plate and a substrate having a signal structure or recording layer are provided, a polymer resin is applied on the substrate. The plate is made to come in contact with the radiation-setting resin and then the radiation-setting resin is compressed against the substrate. The resulting structure is placed on a rotatable table and the rotatable is rotated. A radiation-setting resin layer with a uniform thickness is formed. The radiation-setting resin layer is illuminated by a UV light to harden the radiation-setting resin layer. Next, the plate is separed from the radiation-setting resin layer while the radiation-setting resin layer remain adhered to the substrate. The hardened radiation-setting resin layer serves as a cover layer.
