    Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for rapidly ex vivo expanding and harvesting high-purity of hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells and the pharmaceutical composition comprising the same. The process of the present invention is characterized by: an overnight culture of mononuclear cells isolated by density gradient centrifugation; and subsequent purification and ex vivo expansion of high-purity hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells. The prepared hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells comprise high percentage of clinically effective hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells (the CD34+ CD38? cells), and still maintain high viability and effective differential activity after cryopreservation and thawing processes. Besides, for the manufacturing method of the present invention does not use components of animal origin, the harvested hematopoietic stem/progenitor cells can be directly used in clinical applications.

The second inverting circuit has a second input end and a second output end, wherein the second input is coupled to the first output end, and the second output end is coupled to the first input end, and the second input end receives a second bit line signal from the memory cell. The capacitor receives a boost signal and generates a boosted voltage according to the boost signal during a write-back timing period. The write-back path circuit transports the boosted voltage to one of the first and second input ends during the write-back timing period.

The flag unit receives the detection signal and generates a flag signal. The selecting unit receives the serial output signal, the serial enable signal and the flag signal.     Abstract: A pressing disc for disassembling bearings includes three arc members each has a clamp portion and a through hole on each of two sides thereof. The three arc members are coupled with each other to allow any one through hole of any one arc member to communicate with the opposing through hole of the neighboring arc member to form a channel. The three clamp portions are connected with each other to form a clamp space. The pressing disc also has three penetrating rods respectively running through the channel. Each penetrating rod has one set of fastening member to push the arc members close to each other to shrink the clamp space. Thus a bearing placed in the clamp space can be firmly clamped through the three clamp portions from three pressing directions without slipping during disassembly.
