    Abstract: A testing circuit board used in a testing system with a tester and a handler is disclosed. The testing circuit board is used for transmitting a plurality of testing signals provided by the tester to test at least two devices under test located on the handler. The testing circuit board includes a connecting board, a load board and at least two connecting interfaces. The connecting board coupled to the handler has at least two connecting sockets for respectively connecting to the devices under testing. The load board coupled to the tester has two joining sockets located corresponding to the connecting sockets. The at least two connecting interfaces are coupled between the connecting sockets and the joining sockets for transmitting the testing signals for testing the devices under testing.

    Abstract: A method of manufacturing through-silicon-via (TSV) and a TSV structure are provided. The TSV structure includes a silicon substrate, an annular capacitor, a conductive through-via, a layer of low-k material, and a bump. The annular capacitor is within the silicon substrate and constituted of a first conductive layer, a capacitor dielectric layer, and a second conductive layer from the inside to the outside. The conductive through-via is disposed in the silicon substrate surrounded by the annular capacitor, and the layer of low-k material is between the annular capacitor and the conductive through-via. The bump is in touch with the conductive through-via for bonding other chip.

    Abstract: The invention provides a handler and a method for testing the same. The handler comprises a sorter and a testing module. The testing module further comprises a signal generator, a sensor, and a signal comparator. The signal generator generates and sends out a first handling signal. The sorter receives the first handling signal and correspondingly places a first electronic component on a first region according to the first handling signal. The sensor senses the first electronic component on the first region, and then correspondingly generates and sends out a second handling signal. The signal comparator is electrically connected to the sensor and the signal generator, and receives the first handling signal and the second handling signal. The signal comparator determines whether the first handling signal is equivalent to the second handling signal, and correspondingly sends out a comparing signal.

Spaced first terminal passages extend in a top surface of the first receiving space. A second receiving space is formed in the front end of the main body portion and connected with the first receiving space. A tongue plate extends forwards from a front end face of the main body portion and has a working surface in which spaced second terminal passages extend. The second receiving space is located above the tongue plate. First and second conductive terminals are respectively correspondingly received in the first and the second terminal passages. When a memory card is inserted into the connector, there is no other in-series disturbed signal noise for stable signal transmission; and when the memory card is inserted to its position, it cannot swing and can be connected stably.

    Abstract: A one-way action mechanism capable of rotating steplessly includes a main body, a rotary element and a friction element. The main body is provided thereon with a pivotal hole and a recessed space in communication with the pivotal hole. One side of the recessed space away from the pivotal hole has a friction surface. The rotary element is formed into a circular ring and is pivotally connected in the pivotal hole. The outer periphery of the rotary element is formed by a plurality of teeth. The friction element is received in the recessed space and has a gear and a friction wheel covering the gear. The friction element is restricted by an elastic element, so that the friction wheel can be brought into a rotary and frictional contact with the friction surface. An intermediate gear is drivingly engaged between the rotary element and the gear of the friction element.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for producing catalyst for wastewater treatment, which comprising mixing polymers and additives, reacting with a titanate precursor, and then subjecting the resultant product to hydrolysis and condensation to form catalyst slurry. Due to using the titanate as a source of metal ions and the polymer compound as a dispersant and stabilizer, the aggregation between particles can be habited, and due to using additives as chelating agent and catalyst, it can improve solution stability and inhibit the oxidation of the metal, thereby facilitate the condensation and hydrolysis and shorten the reaction time. The catalyst slurry prepared by the method of the present invention exhibits excellent dispersibility to effectively contact with and decompose organics, such as those containing in wastewater and thus is suitable for wastewater treatment. In addition, the resultant catalyst slurry can be processed in the form of powder or film for using in industrial wastewater treatment.

The lower roller bearing is disposed in the receiving room and rolling contacts with the housing. The turntable assembly includes a rotating disc and a washer. The rotating disc includes a flat surface and an oblique surface. The switching mechanism is connected with the rotating disc. The suppressing component is disposed in the receiving room and is set around the shaft. The upper roller bearing is sandwiched between the washer and the suppressing component and rolling contacts with the suppressing component. Thus, the self-locking or loose problem can be avoided.

    Abstract: A continuously adjustable rotation device includes a base, a first connection element combined with the base, a ring buckle, a transmission disc, a second connection element, and a rotation controller. The transmission disc is formed on the contacting portion of the base, forming an inclination angle and contacting the second connection element for transmission of force. By using the rotation controller, one can select a rotation direction by properly contacting with the transmission disc. When the rotation direction is selected, the second connection element and the transmission disc then drive the first connection element to rotate in the designated direction. One can thus perform a continuously adjustable rotation. Therefore, no alignment is needed when assembling the rotation device, which will enhance the production yield and lower the manufacturing cost.

    Abstract: A heat sink is used to dissipate the heat of a chip module with a first bump and a second bump. The first bump is located centrally on the chip module and the second bump is disposed laterally at a distance from of the first bump, and the heat sink has a contact surface, a first cavity and a second cavity containing the first bump and the second bump respectively. The first cavity and the second cavity not only position tightly the heat sink onto the chip module but also conduct heat efficiently from the chip module to the heat sink and to protect electronic elements disposed on the chip module. The heat-dissipating efficiency of the heat sink is increased, and production costs are reduced as additional elements for clamping the heat sink onto the chip module are made redundant.

    Abstract: A plasma display panel and method are provided. The method includes that a first substrate is provided and elongated electrodes are formed on the first substrate. Then, an overcoat layer is formed on the elongated electrodes and the first substrate. Next, by means of screen print, a shaped layer is formed on the overcoat layer. Screen print is applied again to form bumps on the shaped layer. A second substrate is also provided. The second substrate is extended paralleled with the first substrate so as to define a discharge space between the substrates after combining the two substrates. Bumps are provided between the first and second stripe ribs so as to define passages to let air can flow in the discharge space. By the mentioned processes, bumps are provided between the first and second stripe ribs so as to define passages for drawing air. The process is simple for alignment.
