    Abstract: A fluorescence image registration method includes obtaining at least one fluorescence image of a biochip. An interior local area. Sums of pixel values in the interior local area along a first direction and a second direction are obtained. A plurality of first template lines is selected to find a minimum total value of the sums of pixel values corresponding to the first template lines. Pixel-level correction is performed on a local area of the track line to obtain a pixel-level track cross. Other track crosses on the biochip is obtained, and the pixel-level correction is performed on the other track crosses. The position of the pixel-level track line is corrected by a center-of-gravity method to obtain the subpixel-level position of the track line. The subpixel-level positions of all sites uniformly distributed on the biochip is obtained.

    Abstract: In an embodiment, a system provides object tracking and 6D pose estimations to a robot that performs different tasks such as manipulation and navigation. In an embodiment the 6D object pose is determined using a Rao-Blackwellized particle filtering framework, where the 3-D rotation and the 3-D translation of the object is decoupled. In an embodiment, the system provides the 3-D translation of an object along with a full distribution over the 3-D rotation. In an embodiment, the 3-D rotation is determined by discretizing the rotation space, and training an autoencoder network to construct a codebook of feature embeddings for the discretized rotations. In an embodiment, the system is able to track objects with arbitrary symmetries while also maintaining adequate posterior distributions.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a method for generating hydroxyl radicals and removing organic pollutants in water by utilizing an organic membrane. The inventive method generates hydroxyl radicals by adopting a nitrocellulose membrane as a photocatalytic material, placing the nitrocellulose membrane in water, illuminating with the sun or a sunlamp having a wavelength above 280 nm as a light source, and causing the nitrocellulose membrane to undergo a photochemical reaction at the membrane surface, and the generation rate of hydroxyl radicals can be achieved by adjusting the surface area of the membrane and a light intensity. The generated hydroxyl radicals can remove phenol, bisphenol A, thiamphenicol and other typical organic pollutants in water very well.
