Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a message processing method and apparatus, and relate to the field of communications technologies. The method includes: comparing a message feature of a currently processed message with a specified tracking feature; determining a user corresponding to the message as a target user when determining that the message feature matches the tracking feature; and reporting a signaling message of the target user to a network management server. In the present invention, a network fault is quickly located, and network connection efficiency is improved.

Abstract: A method for establishing data connections on a mobile network, a mobile network, and a policy control entity are disclosed. The method includes: establishing a data channel between a user equipment (UE) and a gateway (GW), and allocating an Internet Protocol (IP) address to the UE according to an address allocation request or a data channel setup request sent from the UE; and triggering the policy control entity to establish or update a policy control session according to the IP address. By using the mobile network and the policy control entity under the present disclosure, after the data channel is established between the UE and the GW, the GW may trigger the policy control entity to establish or update a policy control session.

The storage stores map information including a traffic mark feature and its mark coordinate. The mark feature analyzer is used for analyzing whether a captured image has the traffic mark feature. When the captured image has the traffic mark feature, the mark feature analyzer analyzes the traffic mark feature in the captured image and calculates a device coordinate according to the mark coordinate. The first coordinate fusion component fuses the device coordinate and a first fusion coordinate and uses fused coordinate as a second fusion coordinate. The method in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes: determining, by a mobility management entity, that both duration in which user equipment does not access a basic registration area in a registration area of the user equipment and duration in which the user equipment does not initiate a periodic basic registration area update procedure are greater than or equal to preset duration; generating, by the mobility management entity, a new registration area for the user equipment, where the new registration area does not include the basic registration area; and sending, by the mobility management entity, the new registration area to the user equipment. The embodiments of the present disclosure further provide a mobility management entity, to reduce the overheads for sending paging signaling to the user equipment.

The method and device provided in the disclosed embodiments can transfer file more reliable.

Abstract: An embodiment of the present invention discloses a network connection re-establishment method, including: detecting whether gateway resetting occurs, and if it is detected that gateway resetting occurs, sending a network connection re-establishment trigger message to an access node when a downlink packet sent by a packet data network is received, where the access node re-establishes, according to a type of the gateway resetting, a network connection corresponding to the downlink packet, and the type of the gateway resetting is resetting of a data gateway or resetting of a serving gateway. The present invention can be used to quickly re-establish a network connection, and can be applied to a situation in which a serving gateway and a data gateway are integrated.
