  • Publication number: 20060111244
Abstract: A fabrication method of thin film transistor. A patterned gate is formed on an insulator substrate. A buffer layer is formed on the insulating substrate. The patterned gate is formed by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) using a mixture of silane, argon, nitrogen to serve as reactants at a temperature of approximately 20-200° C. A gate insulating layer is formed on the buffer layer. A semiconductor layer is formed on the gate insulating layer. A source/drain layer is formed on the semiconductor layer. The buffer layer protects the metal gate from damage during subsequent plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition.

  • Publication number: 20060111243
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses for fabricating thin film transistors. An apparatus comprises a first chamber and a second chamber. A substrate comprising a metal gate formed thereon is brought into the first chamber to form a passivation layer on the metal gate. The substrate is then transported to the second chamber to form a gate insulating layer and a semiconductor layer on the passivation layer. Accordingly, the second chamber experiences no metal contamination resulting from the metal gate.

  • Publication number: 20060024866
Abstract: A method for forming a thin film transistor on a substrate is disclosed. A gate electrode and a gate insulation layer are disposed on a surface of the substrate. A deposition process is performed by utilizing hydrogen diluted silane to form a silicon-contained thin film on the gate insulation layer first. A hydrogen plasma etching process is thereafter performed. The deposition process and the etching process are repeated for at least one time to form an interface layer. Finally, an amorphous silicon layer, n+ doped Si layers, a source electrode, and a drain electrode are formed on the interface layer.

  • Patent number: 6871879
Abstract: A fan duct assembly includes a fan duct (200), a panel (600), and a locking plate (700). One end of the fan duct defines a rectangular opening (204) with a peripheral flange (220). A pair of ribs (224) is formed on one side of the flange. A pair of L-shaped catches (602) is stamped from the panel. The catches abut against the ribs, to retain the side of the flange. The locking plate is attached to the panel opposite to the catches. The locking plate includes a base (710) and a vertical portion (720) extending from the base. An L-shaped resilient tab (730) is inclinedly stamped from the locking plate, to resiliently abut against the side of the fan duct and the flange. A pair of resilient feet (716) extends from opposite sides of the base, each foot having a free end portion resiliently abutting against the flange.

  • Patent number: 6826044
Abstract: A computer enclosure includes a cage (10) and a drive bracket (40). The cage has two side panels (22), and each side panel forms a first slideway (26) and an aligned second slideway (30). Each first slideway includes a blocking portion (28). The drive bracket has two side walls (42). Each side wall attachingly receives a first sliding member (60), and forms a second sliding member (80). A slot (66) is defined in each first sliding member, thereby forming an elastic portion. A handle (68) is formed at a front end of the elastic portion, and a barb (72) protrudes from a top face of the elastic portion. In assembly, the drive bracket is pushed into the cage, with the second and first sliding members sliding along the second and first slideways. The barbs engage with the blocking portions, thus preventing the drive bracket from accidentally detaching from the cage.
