    Abstract: An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display, which includes a first electrode layer, a second electrode layer, an electroluminescent body, a phase shift layer and a metal layer, is disclosed. The electroluminescent body is disposed on the first electrode layer. The second electrode layer is disposed on the electroluminescent body. The phase shift layer has a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The second electrode layer is disposed on the second surface. The metal layer is disposed on the first surface of the phase shift layer. An environmental incident light enters a surface of the metal layer to form a first reflective light on the first surface and form a second reflective light on the second surface. The first reflective light has a phase difference from the second reflective light.

    Abstract: A touch-sensing liquid crystal panel and a fabrication method thereof are provided. The touch-sensing liquid crystal panel includes a color filter substrate and a transistor substrate. In the fabrication method, at first, a first glass substrate is provided. Thereafter, a sensing matrix is formed on a first surface of the first glass substrate at a baking temperature. The sensing matrix is formed from indium tin oxide (ITO), and a sheet resistance of the sensing matrix is equal to or less than 30 ohm/square. Then, color filters and a common electrode are disposed on a second surface of the first glass substrate to form a color filter substrate, wherein the second surface is opposite to the first surface. Thereafter, the transistor substrate is provided and combined with the color filter substrate. Thereafter, a slimming process is performed to slim a second glass substrate of the transistor substrate.

    Abstract: A touch-sensing liquid crystal panel is provided and includes a color filter substrate and a transistor substrate. The color filter substrate includes a first substrate, a sensing array, touch-sensing circuit contact pads, and color filters. The transistor substrate includes a second substrate and pixel units. In one embodiment, the first substrate has a first edge region and a second edge region having the same width. In another embodiment, the touch-sensing circuit contact pads are disposed at the first edge region and the second edge region of the first substrate, and each conductive pattern in the sensing array is connected to the touch-sensing circuit contact pads of the first edge region and the second edge region. In another embodiment, each conductive pattern of the sensing array includes two first conductive patterns and conductive pattern rows disposed between the first conductive patterns.

Stress-sensitive circuits are substantially excluded out of an exclusion zone to reduce the effects of the stress to the stress-sensitive circuits. The stress-sensitive circuits include analog circuits. The exclusion zone preferably includes corner regions of the semiconductor chip, wherein the corner regions preferably have a diagonal length of less than about one percent of the diagonal length of the semiconductor chip. The stress-sensitive analog circuits preferably include devices having channel lengths less than about five times the minimum channel length.

    Abstract: A video searching method includes: providing a database for storing the data of a video, wherein the data of the video includes the colors of at least a key frame; providing a searching interface for an user uploading a key picture; providing a recording unit for recording the colors of the key picture; providing a performing unit for comparing the colors of the key frame and the key picture to judge whether a similar color exists; the performing unit computing the value of the colors if there exists a similar color; the performing unit sifting the video by comparing a threshold value and the value of the colors; and the performing unit sorting the video by the value of the colors to obtain a result list. By comparing the value of the colors between the key picture and the key frame, the result list is simply and quickly obtained.

First and second electrodes are respectively provided on opposite first and second surfaces of the solid electrolyte layer. The partitioning layer includes a slot facing the gas diffusion resistance layer and the first electrode. The air passage layer includes an air passage accessible to the second electrode. The buffer is received in the slot of the partitioning layer. The gas diffusion resistance layer includes outer edges exposed to exhaust gas to be tested. The exhaust gas to be tested enters the gas detector via the outer edges of the gas diffusion resistance layer and reaches a surface of the first electrode of the solid electrolyte layer via the buffer.

Also disclosed is a method of preparing a graphene film electrode. The method includes: dissolving graphene sheets in an organic solvent to form a solution, applying the solution on a substrate, adding deionized water to the solution on the substrate so that a graphene film is formed, and drying the graphene film.

    Abstract: A MEMS apparatus comprising composite vibrating unit and the manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The vibrating unit includes a stiffness element on which a first material is disposed. A second material being a conductive material is disposed on the first material and is extended to the stiffness element to remove electric charge on first material. When a temperature is changed, a variation direction of a Young's modulus of the first material is opposite to a variation direction of a Young's modulus of the stiffness element. The unique attributes above allow vibrating unit of the MEMS apparatus such as resonator and gyroscope to have stable resonance frequency against the change of temperature.
